The idea was centered around how they have the sand castle building tools strapped on them. So he’s very territorial over his sand castles and keeps yelling at people who get close, and the mechanic just has to stop him from doing that

At least I like how the beach turned out 🐟

Built off of the old idea of a steel eel gijinka where he pushes one shopping cart. Now he pushes a bunch and bothers everybody in the supermarket 🤭

This took longer than it should have but it’s mostly because I was too busy being on the game LMAO

It’s been a while since I made splatoon art but it’s so nice to get around to splatoon again 🫶 Can’t wait for this game to come out already

Their story and design also got changed throughout time!
