Very bike illiterate and in general a dumbass so any help is welcome. That silver bolt attached to the black pipe is what i was working on but even after loosening it, i could only rotate the seat and I can’t even get it out.
So I started getting laser hair removal in my beard and neck area in February due to really terrible ingrowns hair or it’s also called psuedofolliculitis barbae. The LHR has kind of made the situation better and worse. On one end I’ve definitely gotten the shedding and some areas of my patchy beard are completely hairless already. On the other after two months I got one of my worst batches of ingrowns, around march, that haven’t gone away yet. Typically for me this isn’t uncommon as it takes months for mine to actually heal but I thought with the laser it’d be faster. I am planning on delaying my next appointment so I don’t need to shave/trim them while they are bigger than they need to be.
Just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience starting out laser, to be honest it’s sucked feeling like this may not work as it seemed like the only actual treatment for PFB in men with ingrowns as bad as mine.

So I just got my first pair of “audiophile” headphones, the Fiio ft1s. I really am liking how they sound im just wondering if I am missing anything in setting them up on my PC. They sound good but max volume honestly feels very low so im wondering if I can up that. They are plugged into the green hole on my motherboard and that’s kinda it. I didn’t download any software/drivers and I’m not sure if those are a thing for this.
I was also wondering if should get some sort of EQ software. No clue what’d I’d do with it specifically but I’m curious if there is a sort of feature akin to the ‘Sennheiser sound personalization’ where it plays different notes/strings and you pick the level that sounds good to you, essentially personally eqing it.
