I have this used chair with a seat that’s molded plywood with walnut wood veneer. The company who makes it told me to try wipe-on poly after ultra-fine sanding. I’ve done 3 coats on the seat, and while the light wear(?) streaks have receded, they’re still noticeable. I’m trying to decide what to do next. Is gel stain an idea? Markers or should I just live with it?
I think fuel prices (driving and flying) is depressing demand for concert tickets at certain venues. Cities that you could easily and somewhat cheaply fly into to catch a show, are so expensive to get to now. Anyone else think this is true?

These stools sell for $595 (+ $50 for the felt topper) on Blu Dot. When I saw it posted on Facebook Marketplace for $10, I thought “no way.” The listing photo wasn’t great so I thought it might be a knockoff. I jumped on it. It’s the real deal and I’m giddy as I was looking for a stool for my living room.
