Did the movie make anyone else feel sad?
Clark’s alcoholism and self loathing made me really uncomfortable because it reminded me a lot of my dad.
And when Cap’n Clark appeared i immediately knew that he was the manifestation of Clark’s need to victimize himself while being an abuser with his face permanently locked in a frightened expression.
When the movie ended i felt so much pity for clark and he was genuinely a bad person yet his death almost drove me to tears.
What do you even call that feeling?
