$70k yr with 4 weeks vacation vs $90k year with 0 to start and accrued?
As the title states, would you rather take a $70k a year job with 4 weeks vacation VS $100k job with vacation that accrues 4 hours per pay period. Getting roughly 2.5 weeks a year
Edit - $70k is union membership and pension also. Not so for $90 k
