Grinding a cube into a marble

I made a cube out of smaller glass cubes that were put together into one that I then ground into a ball that was fully faceted. The entire thing is handmade by me. It took about 7 weeks to complete from start to finish.

A Hypercube I made with clear glass

Each piece is individually hand, cut, and ground, and polished on all sides before being glued back together with a permanent glass epoxy called HXTAL. I only use a water fed tile saw and a diamond grinding wheel to create these.

I’m working on a new Hypercube that will be composed of 1728 pieces of leaded glass. The entire project is made by hand using just a grinding wheel and a tile saw.

A cube made of 1000 smaller lead glass cubes

This is my newest hypercube! It’s all made by me, entirely by hand just using a tile saw and a diamond grinding wheel. I am super stoked on the end result. I usually make them out of borosilicate glass, but this is my first time making one of these with leaded crystal-glass from a stash of Czechian glass billets I bought four years ago.
