Real insight for those looking to rent in Salcedo or Legazpi areas

Spent the last 2 months searching for a place to lease with my wife. As a non generationally wealthy millennial married couple with a dog, it was an exhausting journey.

Hello!

Looking to lease a 1BR unit in June with the following details:

  1. Pet friendly (we have 1 small dog)

  2. Open to pullout some items or is semi-furnished (we only need aircons, water heater, range)

  3. Tower 2 and Tower 3 only

  4. Great if also has a parking that can be leased

  5. 35k budget

I would be the renter if ever together with my wife.
