Anyone tried this Miralax alternative??

I saw a comment on another post saying they tried a "natural" miralax alternative called Select Balance Move Eeez powder. There's limited reviews on their website but mostly good ones (people took stars away for the taste) but said it worked. I can't find any other info on this. Has anyone else tried this??

B vitamins causing bladder irritation??

I haven't been diagnosed with IC, but just currently doing my own research. I dont have insurance at the moment so unfortunately I cant go to a regular doctor. Im paying out of pocket for a functional medicine doctor and after blood work she had me start taking supplements each day:

- 1 D3 5000IU pill

- 2 ProOmega 2000 pills

- 2 Homocystenie Surpreme methylation support pills. Ingredients are:

Riboflavin 30mg, Vitamin B-6 10mg, Folate 3400mcg DFE, Vitamin B-12 1000mcg, Trimethylglycine 900mg (TMG), L-Serine 100mg

I noticed usually after I take the pills after my breakfast that I start to get more bladder irritation, urgency, pressure, almost feeling like a slight UTI, not feeling fully empty each time I go. I read that Vitmin B can cause irritation. Does anyone else deal with this? Any solutions or alternatives? Not sure if a B12 shot is an option for me.

I 'm going to stop the pills for a few days. And try and not do regular coffee but that'll be harder, Im open to decaf or low acidity coffee recs!and see if it makes a difference. My doctor said i would only need to do 1 bottle's worth of pills then stop (I guess to just boost my numbers?)

I try to drink at least 80oz of water & some coconut water for electrolytes. I usually drink a cup of ginger tea to help with digestion. Im currently dealing with ibs-c like symptoms, very slow motility/gastric emptying, and bloat after eating/drinking (currently testing for what might be casuing this). I also do pelvic floor therapy and have hypertonic muscles, so that probably plays a part in it. I didnt have these bladder issues like this before taking the supplements. Im scared that I might possibly have IC- I have so many other health issues to worry about. So idk if it's actually that or just irritation from the supplements and other digestion issues. And again, I have no insurance to go to a urologist unfortunately.

Unable to fully empty bladder & feel miserable

I posted in the pelvic floor thread but hoping i can maybe get some help here too. I developed an issue with my muscles being so tight that my bladder wont relax properly anymore to pee, so im feeling constant pressure/bloating. I used to have a slight issue with not always fully emptying and I'd usually try again a bit later and finish going. But now, I dont feel the urge to go at all and I'm so scared and uncomfortable. Ive also struggled with constipation issues for 1.5 yrs now (currently trying to test & figure that out) & was very stressed about having to do a stool test a few days ago and worried about peeing during it would ruin it. I think I held my pee for too long and since then I'm having trouble with my bladder not fully emptying all throughout the day. I read some other posts (probably a mistake) and now I'm kind of spiraling over this being yet ANOTHER issue I have to deal with daily. I currently see a pfpt but sometimes it's every other or every 2 weeks bc of my schedule. I try to do breathing exercises daily to relax but that hasn't helped this new issue. I feel this constant dull ache and pressure and look even more bloated bc I can't f-ing pee when I need to and it's only partial emptying each time. This is making it even more difficult to do any kind of BM too. Im eating and drinking less bc of how uncomfortable I feel & yes, I know thats counterproductive but I'm im survival mode trying not to feel awful. I see my pfpt again in a few days and I'm praying she cant give me some help. I'm so discouraged and angry and feel helpless that I'm gonna have to deal with these issues forever. I'm only 34 and feel miserable thinking my best days are behind me. I know that doesnt help but thats what I'm feeling right now & I just want to cry. Please someone give me any advice or encouragement bc I'm really feeling like theres no hope for me bc of all my health issues taking over my life for this long 😔

HELP please with liquid stool test collection

I have to do a stool test for the first time ever and I'm kind of freaking out over it. I only have loose stools, so it's going to be harder to collect. I'm also worried about urine contaminating the sample. For women (especially me), sometimes we end up peeing & pooping at the same time so I'm scared I won't be able to just pee before I poop like they say to. These tests are very expensive and I'm worried about ruining it or not having accurate results. And I'm worried I won't have enough stool to put in the viles it comes with because it's usually liquid. Please any advice for how to do this properly or any suggestions to make it easier?? I have 4 viles to fill to a fill line and a swab test tube one. They only thing they gave me to collect it is a joke of a small paper cardboard tray (the kind you'd get food served in). I was thinking of getting a disposable metal baking tray to put in the toilet to catch it. I need suggestions and I'm so nervous that I'll have to keep trying different days until I have enough output at once. Sometimes I barely go.
