Do you want to reach companies with a physical letter just one day after they’re incorporated?

Do you want to reach companies with a physical letter just one day after they’re incorporated?

I’ve been playing with Companies House data and ended up building Company Radar.

The basic idea:

  1. Find newly incorporated UK companies
  2. Filter by location / industry
  3. Generate a personalised physical letter
  4. Preview and approve it
  5. Send it for printing and postage

Basically outbound sales, but instead of adding another cold email to someone's inbox, you land on their desk.

My initial thought is that this could be useful for accountants, agencies, lawyers and other businesses where a newly incorporated company can become a long-term customer.

Still early and figuring out the positioning.

Would you use something like this for outbound? And what would stop you from trying it?

hosting coworking events for solo founders in london (free)

Hey guys, I’m one of you. I’ve been building solo from home, cafes, libraries, basically wherever I can in London

I got a bit bored of building alone, so I tweeted about finding other solo founders to work with in London. It went a little viral, and somehow it turned into a small community. Hosted 2 events at the moment

Hosting the next coworking session on August 24, so if you’re also building solo and want to come work with us, you’re more than welcome to join :)

Looking for a few UK accountants to test something I’m building

Hey everyone,

I’m building Company Radar, currently in private beta.

It helps accountants find newly incorporated UK companies, filter them by location/industry, and send personalised physical letters directly to them.

The idea is pretty simple: reach a new business at the right time, before their inbox gets flooded with cold emails.

I’m looking for a few accountants/accounting firms to test it with and give me honest feedback.

I’m happy to set everything up with you and cover the first campaign while we test it.

If you work at or run an accounting firm and this sounds useful, feel free to DM me.

Also happy to answer any questions here.

[24/08/26] Coworking sessions in London

Heya, I’m a software developer working from home, and recently I found an event where founders and engineers get together for coworking sessions. The concept is simple: bring your laptop, work on your own stuff, and meet some cracked people. Feel free to text me i can send the event link. :)

Using Seedance to Create a Fighting Game Intro

You need to generate image 1 for the first frame

prompt

Epic versus poster featuring two legendary figures facing each other.

LEFT SIDE:

Nikola Tesla transformed into a lightning emperor. Long silver hair, glowing blue eyes, black and gold Victorian military coat, crackling electricity surrounding his body, floating Tesla coils behind him.

RIGHT SIDE:

Genghis Khan transformed into a dark dimensional warlord. Massive obsidian armor engraved with glowing red runes, red glowing eyes, enormous battle spear, dark shadow energy swirling around him.

Both characters stand on opposite sides of an ancient stone platform suspended above a violent stormy ocean. Lightning crashes between them, creating a massive energy collision in the center. Their powers clash, blue electricity versus red shadow energy.

Background:

A shattered floating kingdom above endless storm clouds, broken castles floating in the sky, giant lightning bolts, dramatic clouds, flying debris, cinematic atmosphere.

Composition:

Symmetrical face-off pose, both full-body characters visible, intense eye contact, centered energy explosion between them, highly cinematic.

Style:

Ultra photorealistic, Unreal Engine 5, AAA game key art, movie poster quality, dramatic lighting, volumetric fog, masterpiece, 8K, hyper detailed, fantasy realism, dark epic atmosphere, 16:9.

Video Prompt for Seedance 2.0 on mitte.ai

Use image1 as the opening frame reference.

Immediately transition into an explosive fighting game battle.

Tesla launches forward at extreme speed, leaving behind trails of blue lightning. Genghis Khan charges through the air with his massive spear, surrounded by red shadow energy.

The two collide violently in the center of the arena, creating a gigantic shockwave that shatters floating stone platforms and sends debris flying across the battlefield.

Tesla unleashes rapid lightning punches and devastating electric uppercuts. Genghis Khan blocks, counters with brutal spear strikes, spinning attacks, and powerful aerial slams.

Both fighters are constantly moving:

  • high-speed dashes
  • aerial combos
  • dodge rolls
  • energy clashes
  • close-range combat
  • cinematic slow-motion impacts
  • massive knockbacks

Blue lightning and red shadow energy explode with every hit. The battlefield shakes from the force of their attacks.

The floating kingdom collapses around them:

  • castles breaking apart
  • bridges collapsing
  • giant lightning strikes hitting nearby islands
  • rocks and debris flying through the air
  • storm clouds swirling violently

Full arcade fighting game HUD remains visible during combat:

First time trying Director Mode + Seedance 2.0

First I generated this storyboard with Director Mode in mitte.ai

Then I used it as input for Seedance 2.0. Total cost was around 2,177 credits.

Pretty happy with the final result.

Director mode + Seedance 2.0 is a surprisingly good combo for my AI films

Generated this storyboard with Director mode in mitte.ai and then used Seedance 2.0 for the final video.

The combo works surprisingly well.

Been feeling like London has loads of smart people building interesting things, but not enough spaces that feel genuinely easy to connect in.

So a few of us started putting together a small meetup series called Londonmaxxing.

Nothing overly formal, no weird networking pressure.

Just good spaces, good people, and proper conversations with builders, creatives and people doing interesting things around London.

We’ve done the first one and are putting together the next.

Still figuring out the format as we go, but the goal is simple: create the kind of London event we’d actually want to attend.

Would be curious to hear what people here think London tech/community events usually get wrong.
