Strange maan seen outside shri shiksha yatan college
So this person was seen when I came to college at 9 am. Then at 9:30 he was gayab then at again 10 am he was seen again. When me and my frnds went out he was again seen at 2 pm. Then he suddenly went away. I couldn't see where he went but he again came at 3 pm
Now this is not a hate post against anyone. But same incident has occured in outside shri shiksha yatan
He just stands at the corner of the shop for 20-30 mins then goes away then again comes
I have uploaded the second picture of a Facebook post 2 years ago same incident at our college.
Few of my frnds are saying they have seen the same type of occurrence with someone wearing black shirt and white powder on his face
Before saying things like.. He must be random innocent person.. Let us ask about his strange behavior... Idk why our security guards have not said anything yet..
But why does he run away when anyone tries to be close to him
