Best email hosting for startups that don’t want to overspend?

My husband owns a small financial consulting business and we are trying to move from personal Gmail accounts to something more professional.

Right now he does not have a custom domain yet, and while looking into business email providers, most options either feel overpriced or packed with features he realistically will never use. He mainly needs reliable email, decent storage, and something professional for client communication.

We have looked at Google Workspace and Outlook already, but before committing to monthly costs for every user, I wanted to ask what smaller startups are actually using.

Any affordable and reliable options you would genuinely recommend?

How much time on average does it take for you to make a full website from scratch? (with or without AI website builders)

I learnt coding years ago as a hobby and recently I have been thinking about trying website freelancing on the side. The problem is that the web development space feels completely different now with AI builders, no-code tools, templates, React frameworks, etc. and honestly I am not even sure where people start anymore.

I am curious how long it actually takes experienced people to build a decent business website today for simple landing pages, small business sites and custom client websites.

Do most people still code everything manually or are AI tools speeding things up in a meaningful way?

I am mainly trying to understand what is realistically achievable before investing serious time into this space again.

Google built one of the biggest data collection systems in history

- Back in 2009 Google was already accused of bypassing browser privacy protections to keep tracking users.

- In 2010 Street View vehicles collected WiFi network data while photographing roads around the world.

-By 2012 Google merged user activity from Gmail Search YouTube Maps and Android into unified ad profiles.

- In 2017 reports revealed Android phones were still sending location related data even after location settings were disabled.

- In 2018 concerns grew around third party Gmail app access and how user data could be used for advertising insights.

Google has also faced multiple billion dollar fines and lawsuits over tracking transparency ad dominance and privacy practices.

Today their trackers exist across millions of websites apps phones smart TVs and browsers.

Most people use Google products every single day while knowing they are constantly being monitored for ads and behavioral data.

Has privacy become impossible in the modern internet era?
