Looking for traditional American July 4th hot dog

It's my second July 4th weekend here and am as surprised as I was last year that there are no vendors selling hot dogs. Even people grilling by the water, I see none. Are they not a thing in this area?

Advice for breathable professional clothes

I enjoy wearing outdoorsy clothes that have a lot of breathability. I'm usually in a tank top, climbing pants, and sandals 95% of the time. Sometimes I'll throw on a long sleeve sun shirt. I enjoy how light the clothes feel and stretchy waistbands give me a lot of mobility for my belly. Whenever I have to wear pants with a belt, I'm always unbuttoning them and buttoning them for comfort.

I do, however, work in a professional setting and have felt fine being a little more casual with my dress as an IC, but I'm moving into my late 30s and moving more towards leadership positions soon and want to be able to look more presentable as a lead/manager. Would appreciate any suggestions. Are there any professional men's sandals? 😂

Thinking maybe something like this? Collared sunshirt:

One Wheel -test drive?

I'm curious about getting a one wheel, wondering if anyone has one I could try before I committed to buying one.

First one wheel -advice please

I have some board riding experience and am looking for something to use to commute on the crazy SF hills. From reading a couple threads, seems like the GT might be the choice. What should I be looking out for if I'm buying used? Does mileage matter? Better to buy new?

Here's a pretty cheap one I'm considering but wonder if I should be sketched out by how cheap it is.

I'm 170 lbs, ~12 mile commute per day

6 YOE - Evaluating offers, need career advice

Background:
3 years series A startup - $85k
1 year series B startup - $115k
1 year series B startup -$165k
1 year FAANG -$185k

I fortunately have been able to get a few offers recently, but am unsure of the best move to make. I feel like I'm ready for a Senior level DE role, but know I have some gaps in my experience. One particular area is streaming data, the majority of the work I have done is all batch. I'm debating between these options...

#1 Series B startup
- I interviewed for their Senior role, but they down-leveled me and offered a mid-level role
- $175k
- interesting work, will get to learn more about kafka/streaming data
- DE team support

#2 Public company
- Senior role
- $200k
- more batch processing work, would just be a job, not interesting, migration work
- DE team support

#3 Series A startup
- Senior Role - $185k
- meaningful health tech work, although healthcare data kinda sucks, super messy and annoying
- more batch processing work
- solo DE, no support

#4 Public company
- mid-level role
- $62/hr(8m contract role), but could lead to fte... Comp for typical DEs is in the 200s
- remote, could maybe relocate somewhere with lower cost of living
- more batch processing work, lots of fragmented data
- solo DE, no support

This is my second career, so I feel a little behind compared to my peers being in my late 30s and still in a mid-level position. I feel like I've been stuck in this range for a while and really want to be able to break into the $300k level soon. The bay is just so expensive.
