i didnt get into my dream program, instead got into a normal ass program. I work super hard to up my gpa but no matter what I do i never went up my peers, my friends. It kills me, i didn’t get those internships while all my friends have completed 2-3, ik its all on me but honestly what should i do? Im so soo so insecure im even working on myself. Im fucking myself by my own hands.

Now if you’re a woman, im sorry you’re fucked! Get ready to see both MALE and FEMALE professors hate you for your existence, why? Because you’re a young beautiful, confident girl and somehow people hate that or even worse you get harassed. Prepare to learn that this uni is SOMETHING. Prolly not just this uni, our great nation, get ready to get absolutely FUCKED!
Edit: For all of those confused im not an unc, Im a 20 year old half Polish and half Pakistani woman who happened to visit Islamabad and enjoyed her time, yet one thing I noticed was women my age smelling bad.

I just had the most infuriating, secondhand-embarrassment-inducing experience and I need to vent, because I’m genuinely losing my mind over how some people act.
I was crammed onto the shuttle bus heading to the plane. everyone is already tired, stressed, and just trying to get to their seats. But these two British Pakistani women in their 20s decided the entire bus needed to be subjected to their conversation. They weren’t just talking; they were practically screaming over everyone else, desperately trying to command the attention of the whole bus.
It was beyond pathetic. It was so transparently obvious that they were trying to flex and glamorize the fact that they speak English and have a British accent. They were putting on this massive performance, acting like they were royalty because of it, and oozing this desperate "superiority complex."
As if the obnoxious shouting wasn't enough, they kept looking over at ME and giving me these incredibly rude, judgmental, side-eye looks for literally no reason. I was just standing there existing, and they’re glaring at me like I’m beneath them. The absolute entitlement and lack of class was staggering.
The fact that Im a 20 year old and they felt the need to give me disgusting looks, seriously whats wrong with pakistanis in the UK? Yall need something to fix your self esteem since you’re whole personality is based on the fact that ‘hey i was born overseas, im a better Pakistani’
Also before anyone comes at me, this was based on my experience and has happened multiple times somehow only involving these types. Let me know what yall think. Thank you!
