Shaky. Day 3 of 10% Klonopin decrease.

Trying not to freak out. Went from .73mg to now .66mg. I’m on day 3. Woke up and feel like I’m having internal shakes? I’ve experienced this one other time from a decrease in the beginning of my taper (started at 2mg last year). Do you think this will go away? I hate this and it’s scaring me. I have bad GAD (which is why I was prescribed klonopin) so I’m trying to keep myself calm and not go to this is a seizure or I need to go to the ER. I’m going to message my psychiatrist about this as well, I’m just wondering about others experiences. I think I’m going to drop down to 7% decreases. May possibly hold at .5mg for a few months.

TTC soon…I’m 34.

I know the group says over 35, but is it okay I’m 34? I don’t fit in to a lot of the groups as they’re younger than me. I haven’t even started TTC. I’ve had a lot of trauma happen that prevented me from it. Well, I’m tapering off 2mg of klonopin (I’m almost down to .5mg) so I can begin TTC. I feel really hopeless and scared. Hopeless that I’m “too old” or that my doctors will say I can’t TTC yet because I’m on pristiq, trazodone, and klonopin. I have always felt a strong desire to be a mom. I have a degree in teaching and have always worked with kids. My husband is turning 32 next month (lucky him lol). I guess…I just want some hope or perspective? Also how hard is it to get pregnant once you’re 34+? I’ve never tried-ever. But now that I’ve dealt with my trauma I feel healed enough and mature enough to be a mom. I’ve also been nonstop seeing things about the Clancy case and PPD/psychosis which scares me too. Sorry I’m rambling here, and I hope it’s alright I posted even though I’m 34. Wishing all the future and current mommas health and happiness ❤️

Edit: also can anyone recommend what things you did before TTC? Fertility strips, prenatal vitamins, etc ?

I just want to TTC, but am on Klonopin, Pristiq, and trazodone.

I’ve been tapering off klonopin (2mg) and am down to .73mg currently. I’m on 100mg of trazodone and 100mg of pristiq. I’m scared to touch the pristiq because my depression has been so stable. The trazodone will absolutely suck to get off of since I struggle with insomnia. But I think I can get down to .50mg or .25 even. However, it’s the klonopin that’s ruining my life. I’m 34 years old now and because of the meds, have never TTC. I’ve been held back by life circumstances and then my psychiatrist telling me to get fully off klonopin and trazodone (and switch pristiq to Zoloft) before TTC. I’m starting to get depressed about the entire situation. I’m running out of time to have a baby, and my husband and I want kids.

Any similar situations? I’m so tired of this :(
I just want to be a mom. I feel like klonopin has ruined that for me. I’m going to bring this up to my psychiatrist this month when I see her, but this taper is so slow I’m feeling hopeless.

Ninja ice cream maker? Is it worth it?

Just wondering if any of you have the ninja ice creamer. I love sweets and am struggling with that. But I’ve seen people make their own protein ice cream and am considering purchasing one.

Struggling with sabotaging my progress right before bed.

I do great all day, but as soon as I’m about to go to sleep my brain begins thinking of all the things I could go eat. And, I’ve been caving. I hate this constant battle of white knuckling it. What do you guys who have lost weight do when this happens? How do I avoid completely sabotaging the day? I even upped my calories to 1300 and still have this issue. I get angry at myself when I wake up and realize I ruined my diet in less than 10 minutes. :(

Ordered compounded semaglutide off Ro.

It arrives tomorrow. Yes, it’s expensive and I was impulsive. I was denied for the name brands, but approved for the non fda regulated compounded semaglutide. It’s the vials for the shot I believe starts at 2.5. However, I just don’t know. I’m having second thoughts. I’m anxious about it. My bmi is a little over 26. But I keep seeing everyone posting about tirzepatide! There wasn’t an option for that. Does anyone have experience with what I ordered? I’m anxious it’s not fda approved and also because it seemed so easy to obtain. I’ll of course tell my PCP I’m doing this as well.

Let me know if you relate to this at all because I feel lost and am now second guessing everything :(
