Anyone in London want to start an experimental neo-psychedelic rock band?

I am a 20 year old (21 in June) male singer/songwriter from Southeast London, England, looking to start an experimental psychedelia/art rock band. My biggest influences are The Doors, Jefferson Airplane, Elvis Presley, The Beatles and Queen. I would prefer someone aged 16-25 who lives in Southeast London, or who can travel to Southeast London. 21 being the minimum age for anything is stupid

I'm not sure if I worded the title properly, but whatever.

While 18 is generally the age of majority around the world, many countries seem to limit certain activities to the age of 21, for example in the United States, where the minimum age to buy alcohol, tobacco and cannabis products is 21. And on a cultural level, it seems like people don't see those under 21 as "real adults" so-to-speak. I've seen people arguing that the age of consent should be 21, the legal age to drive should be 21, even suggesting that people under the age of 21 shouldn't be allowed to play violent video games such as the grand Grand Theft Auto series.

The argument always seems to be "18 year olds are still teenagers", which is a valid point, and I understand. But why should the age when you're considered a "true adult" be the oddly specific age of 21? Why not just make it 20? 20 year olds are no longer teenagers, they have entered their early 20s, and there's really no difference at all between a 20 year old and a 21 year old. There's literally no reason why a 20 year old shouldn't be considered an adult mature enough to drink, smoke, drive, have sex etc if a 21 year old is. It doesn't make sense.

I'm from the UK so our drinking/smoking age is 18, but as a 20 year old who's less than a month away from being 21, I've been restricted from certain "adult" Instagram profiles, been ineligible for entry to certain nightclubs, and until I turn 21 employers won't even be legally required to pay me minimum wage.

This isn't meant to be a rant, it just confuses me. I never understood why certain things are 21+ and not 20+, and I will feel exactly the same once I turn 21.

I'm a 20 year old male singer-songwriter from southeast London, England looking to start a highly experimental neo-psychedelia/art rock band. I would like a guitarist, a bassist (preferably a synth bassist), a keyboardist and a drummer. My biggest inspiration is The Doors but I have a whole idea of a new, unique sound in my head. Let me know if you're interested, I would prefer people around my age.
