i was diagnosed with costo at my tiny unaccredited college's medical office a decade ago after a "panic attack" that i've never had before or since but whether or not i had a heart episode, i definitely do have costo and it's under my bra line which is great, but it's fine usually. sometimes it hurts

anyway, i'm psyching myself up about having breast cancer now bc i have zits on one side (and i do on my back, and i sleep on that side 99% of the time, it's a heat wave, sensitive skin, WHAT EVER lol) but i also have pain on a specific rib behind my breast, level with my armpit. it is not the little bit of flesh that i have, i press down all the way onto the actual rib bone and the bone hurts

but now i'm worried it's referred pain and i have cancer. also my sternum hurts now when i press it and it's pretty level with that hopefully rib...does this sound like costo again? it's not like the lower rib pain it just happens when i press it and now they (it?) hurts bc i've been manipulating it

i can breathe fine it's just a sharp pain only when pressing

tl;dr pain on rib parallel with armpit scared it's breast cancer, have costo (or something) on one side and regularly dislocating ribs in the back (or something) does this sound like costo

they look like regular chest/arm acne i get, the ones on the tiny side. they're raised and not itchy or painful. two of them are slightly bigger and definitely look like a pimple or infected follicle though theyre not where the long nip hairs are

it's just on one breast but i do have some acne on that side of my back. i'm really scared and keep having health anxiety issues so it'd be funny if this was a real one. i'll never complain about the tiny girls again.... should i be concerned? don't have a doc or a derm or able to go this week - no car and then holiday...

edit there's like 13 and 4 of them orbit one of the big one, some are lighter pink than others. i am breaking out a lot bc of stress and sweat but this is worrying me

i don't have a pcp but i'm old. i don't even know if they've always been like this bc i try to avoid looking at them since they're ugly. but my areolas are different sizes which i know that's normal but the nipples in the center themselves are different, too. even in that normal breast gallery everyone's center of nipple are the exact same size

my right boob is bigger and the areola and nipple are, the left is smaller and the center nipple isn't a nice little ball like my right one, it's kind of lopsided like a falling dirt pile. it's been like that forever so i know, it's the fact i'm just now realizing they're asymmetrical...

30s f. i am a very moley and freckly person. i don't naked sunbathe though lol and when i'm outside my shirts are high necked and with a bra. i'm getting sunspots on my stomach but these are different, pinprick sized dark freckles, i've gotten 4 in the past few months. i know hormones do weird things though

i don't have a doctor or a derm that's "mine", and i'm apprehensive about flashing them especially with comments people - professional and relationships - that have made unwarranted comments about my breasts (they never grew past the tiny cone shape of a young teen) it's just weird to be all on one side. it's my right side and that side does get more sun when i'm driving home from work but i have an entire padded bra on plus a high-necked shirt still

my camera sucks in general much less for tiny freckles so no pictures. my other breast has two flat moles, one darkening and one that's been there for at least 20 years but they're small and symmetrical. i'm really worried. i'll never complain about my tiny boobs again i promise

untreated for 3 years so far. not in the market for a doctor. have vaginosis, so need ORAL ONLY. virgin. got bv from having to take antibiotics for uti's twice in three months

read that this doesn't have the side effects the other oral antibiotics has? and also easier on the gut? my gut is also utterly wounded by the antibiotics (i had a third uti a year after and didn't help) so i would love this but i would love to stop feeling uncomfortable and smelling like this

someone said callondoc offers this (i looked at wisp but they don't) and just wondering if anyone had any success with this specific antibiotic? and i know there's the whole biofilm thing but i can't insert any suppositories, though i was thinking to just use my boric acid wash to try? i can get a wee bit in there. when i use it the smell is gone for 24 hours, when i use it daily for a few days the smell is gone for a few days after; so i know it's doing something

ive actually been eating one or two full meals a day instead of a can of spaghettios for a few months now, and my tiny useless aa cups have gotten a tiny bit bigger (still aa, but they seem less pathetic). however, past five days i haven't eaten anything and they went back to their super tiny size. and it had nothing to do with hormones - i know they get bigger depending but it was consistent. and now i lost them again. and my thighs were just starting to get a little less scrawny too and now they're back. two months of meals undone in five days

no i don't have an eating disorder i'm just incredibly lazy and i look pregnant so i'm clearly well fed just not where it counts

i know half the time people don't even know cause they keep it bald! i have a lot of grays on my head, started finding them at 19? it's genetic though, my sib got some at 15, our grandma on one side was white by 20 (but a lot of stress) and our mom and her sisters absolutely needed full hair coloring by 30

but also i have almost every symptom of b12 deficiency so i got some supplements. (don't have a doc and have several "issues" so i'm trying to figure out the worst one that i'd bring up if i find a doc, and it ain't this)

soooo all that to say is, anyone else graying on their heads before 50 and also finding some rando silvers on their bits?? or is this a concern, or is it really no way to know bc who looks or who has bush these days
