Summer SSRI Sweats

Friends, it is the tike of year where I begin to question everything as any temperature about 65 degrees causes me to sweat profusely. Unfortunately, I am a park ranger, so on days like today when it is 90 degrees and I am working outdoors the entire day in full uniform (long pants, definitely not thin or breathable materials, of course) I have a literal river flowing down my back, butt, and legs and am sweating in places I didn't even know you could sweat (why do I have kneecap sweat stains on my pants?!)

My face is melting, my makeup is melting, the eyebrows came off long ago, the sweat is smearing on my glasses and I can no longer see.

Please, for the love of God, drop all your tips and tricks for keeping cool out in the field (or forest, or unairconditioned buildings) because I am on the brink of insanity here

Some birds I've photographed at my park recently!

All my original photos, just some words I've managed to catch a photo of at my local park.

Wild onions or death camas? Western Pennsylvania, US

Help, I think these are wild onions, but not 100% sure. I don't want to ID by smell alone because I was pulling wild garlic too and everything smelled like onions, so I didn't want to risk it. These did have the dark colored "casing" around the bulbs. I attached photos of the wild garlic side by side with the onions (?) just in case.
