Need help! Can you recommend a good flip case with strong magnets? Recently bought one from shopee with a strap beneath the front cover but the magnets are kinda meh and it doesnt have a back magnet so it kinda flails when im reading. I saw a case from a brand called MoKo but i cant really tell from the reviews if it has strong magnets but it does have magnets on its back.
Bought my first ever kindle. Yipeee, after years nang pagta-tiyaga na magbasa sa phone. Ang mahal pala magpatanggal ng ads. It cost me around 1.3k. Tinry ko magpatanggal sa customer service kaso di na daw nila pwede gawin yun. :/
Anyway, who here has read Red Rising? Ang dami ko kasi nababasa and napapanood na good reviews dito. I'm on Chapter 4 now and so far i like it.
I just wanna share that i attended laufey's concert yesterday in manila (day 2) ♥️
first and foremost, SHE'S SO GODLY!!! I'm like listening to spotify but on steroids (in a good way)!!! Her voice is so clean and powerful, omfg!!!!
Btw, i posted a couple of days ago about feeling anxious as someone attending a concert for the first time blah blah blah. all that anxiousness went down the drain as soon as she came out and i was SCREAAAAAAMING!!!
IT WAS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL AND FUN AND A MAGICAL EXPERIENCE ✨ I cant put into words how happy i am last night. from just laying down in my room while listening to 'like the movies' non-stop to watching her live and singing along w/ a crowd that loves her just as much as i do ♥️♥️♥️
but wtf am i feeling right now?? i feel so empty. 😭 like its so worth it but at the same time...it feels like it isnt. like i want more!!!! is this what some people call post concert depression??? did the illuminati invent this 😭
anyway, it was such a hassle to book for a moto-taxi going home. prolly the only bad experience i had last night.

I'm feeling a bit anxious to attend laufey's concert. I know majority of laufey's audience are women (obviously) since her music revolves around womanhood. I'm a straight guy, grew up listening to hiphop & r&b, u know the likes of eminem, jcole, kdot, to name a few. I do listen to female artists like rihanna, ella mai etc. but laufey is whom i really fell in love with.
I started listening to her back in '21. Like the movies is the first song ive ever listened to (still my favorite up to this day). It all started when my friend was playing Sophia James' songs in discord and i was like so hooked to her style and so i started looking for more artists like her. That's when i found laufey and i never looked back since.
I guess the anxiousness that im feeling is that i might feel like, during the concert, i dont belong with the crowd. I would assume most of laufey's fans relate to most of her songs while I can only really vibe or sing along to most of it.
Im going solo coz i dont really have any friends who listens to her music. I dont wanna be seen as performative or whatever. I love laufey just as much as you guys 😭 please accept me
