Beginning to feel disappointed - lower bleph (4weeks post-op)

My right eye is still swollen but the left one is recovering much faster and it’s beginning to look a lot like the pre-op left eye. I had lower bleph with ligament release, fat reposting and fat grafting. I know my hollows are deep and I didn’t expect them to be gone completely but I guess I was expecting more improvement.

Oral sedation for lower bleph?

I have a transconjunctival bleph with fat grafting coming up next month and it will be done in office using oral sedation like Xanax and Valium along with numbing injections. Has anyone here done lower bleph with oral sedation instead of IV? How was your experience? Do you remember the whole thing? Did it hurt?
