Dried blood in nares ( After vet )

Normally this doesn't happen at all for Jester's check ups. I took her in as she's fallen off her perch twice in the last two months, and seemed to favor one leg. Turns out she just has devloping arthrtis in her hip. ( From an injury when she was young. )
Well I also did blood work just in case, and turns out she wiggled out right after they fished the draw. Did some laps in the back room and was caught. Trouble maker.
As the vet suggested, I let her rest all day yesterday and took her out to give her pain meds. I noticed dried blood in her nares. There's no fresh blood, no blood in the bottom of the cage. I'm wondering if its from her wiggling loose.
Yes I did call the vet, but their booked today, closed tomorrow, and there's no er exotic vets at all near me. I live in Alaska, so yes I called a few towns over too. She seems normal, upset she's in her cage, eating, preening, tried to preen me, bright and alert.
Just looking for advice on what to do, on top of what the vet told me to do.
Plus if this has happened to anyone else before.

Is another booster need after getting scratched by a cat whom I don't know their vaccine record. ( Had a booster last month )

Update: Called a 24 hour pharmacy to ask the pharmacist. (Best way to go about this, as doctors and nurses couldn't answer. C: )

Hello, sadly the nurse hot line wasn't very helpful. I'm not sure if I need another booster so soon, after having one last month. I was catching a lost kitty in my back yard and got a small surface scratch. Barely broke skin. Do I need another one since I don't know this kitties vaccine record? I thought it was someone else's cat, they picked it up, but it wasn't. ( Though kitty was microchip and made it home safely. Poor fella was missing for two months. )

I have read the FAQ.

Velcro health update

Velcro has been doing well on his meds. Losing a lot of the fluid build up that was plaguing him. Now its mostly around his liver. Not so much around the heart

He gets offered daily baths and now is more active and willing to eat his salad. Just need to go back to the vet for food work, he didn't want to give up the goods yesterday. Him in his bath dish. Yes i know it's reptile carpet after recovering from a lot of bill drama it will be replaced. Just need to find something good that will ship to AK. Zen will not ship anything up here anymore.
Yes, he is able to crawl out of the little bath. I place it in his tank and he climbs in drinks, and uses it as a toilet. Silly boy. ( He does also have some retained eggs, but right now we're trying to focus on his heart and that fluid build up. For now the eggs don't seem to be bothering him. )
