urgent help

My cockatiel was vomitting mucus, so I consulted an online vet since the vet near me isn't available atm, he prescribed this and said that it might be a crop infection, I'm having problem arranging fitgut probiotics if anyone have any idea please tell me what can I substitute it with as the vet isn't replying atm and I'm scared

The top that literally took me a month to make

So I crocheted the top for my birthday, it's a filet crochet top the design of the grid isn't very visible I believe that's because of the lining I used but it still looks so good so I'm proud of myself.

The top was mostly freehanded, the grid that I used is mine but this top is inspired by the Butterfly Metelyk Filet Top by hookedonvictoria, I have her pattern that I didn't use much because I started differently than her but anyways she was a great help as well

CSE vs CS and Bioscience

So someone I know will most likely join MUJ, his met rank is around 34.5k, in the last round he got alloted CS and Bioscience, he is still waiting for round 3 results but I just saw the round 3 cutoffs idk how fake or how much real they are, but if the cutoff are gonna be around 33k, he won't be getting cse

So I have one question, is there any discrimination between CSE placements and CS and Bioscience placements, and what are the differences

Help, I want to make a filet crochet top with this back, the first sketch represents one of the back panel I want to create, and the second is the top and the difference of what I actually want

I'm not following any such pattern, just freehanding, I'm making the top in a raglan type of way, I did buy a pattern but I already started the top before buying and that pattern is following a different way and isn't much help to me

I want to create this curved shape that goes from under the sleeves to the v for the lace up back, how do I create the curve, if I do one increase on the end of the rows, it will create a curve but then how am I supposed to get that v shape or like is it impossible or maybe I can get the v shape by the way I tie the lace?

How do I convince my friend to treat her budgies better.

This is going to be a long read, thank yu for whoever reads it whole, I seriously need help.

Two of my friends gifted budgies to one of my other friend. And I'm hella irritated because why would yu even gift birds to someone, but the main problem is the friend who got the birds do not know how to take care of them. They were gifted in a small cage like that cage looked even smaller than the travel cage I own, and then I suggested her to upgrade the cage but she refused and just simply said "they will live in this cage until older" and I do not support it at all.

A little bit of history for why she got gifted birds, she once rescued a parakeet from her balcony maybe someone's rescued pet and she took him in and kept it for around a month before he flew away from her home as well, now I wasn't happy with the way she used to treat him but I couldn't say anything because back then I hardly had knowledge I didn't own birds back then, she used to grab him and feed him crushed wheat grains (that are very unhealthy) and she used to do it daily and that is how he escaped she was sitting in her balcony with the bird in her hands and he somehow got free and flew away, she was sad, she once came to my home and literally grabbed my budgies forcefully multiple times and told me to do the same as she believes they will be tamed quickly this way, and my babies were traumatized after that, they are now tamed with a different way, and I'm afraid she is treating her budgies the same way.

How do I convince her to treat the birds better, she and the other two are my school friends and I do not have any other school friend apart from them, I own budgies and cockatiels myself and even offered her the travel cage I use for my cockatiels because it is still bigger than the cage she is using that only has two plastic perches and two plastic swings, now this friend is eldest from us all and also eldest in her family so she believes she can never be wrong as lot of people look upto her, and if I try and force her to change the cage and stuff she will Obv feel hurt and might never talk to me again.

How do I approach this topic, please help.

TLDR: Two of my friends gifted budgies to another friend who has a history of improper bird care; force grabbing, wrong food, tiny cage. She previously traumatized my birds by grabbing them forcefully and believes this is how you tame birds. She now has two budgies in an even smaller cage than my cockatiel travel cage, refuses to upgrade, and I'm scared she's treating them the same way. She's the eldest in our friend group and takes criticism very personally. How do I approach this sensitively without losing the friendship?

How and what do I improve (filet crochet)

I hope it's clear enough, I'm thinking of making a filet crochet top and tried making this sample before starting the top, looking for suggestions on how and what can I improve

I did linked dc to fill the squares, the yarn I used is fine mercerised 100 percent cotton yarn by hobby store, and a 2mm crochet hook

(I know there's a few mistakes with the stiches here and there, I realised all of them after I completed a row of two and didn't have enough to unravel and redo it)

The sample isn't blocked and it feels stiff and idk it's because the yarn used is cotton or it's because of the tension and I kind of wanna change on how I start a new row if the first square of the row isn't filled but I do not know how to do it any other way

Designing my own filet crochet pattern from scratch

How do yu make your own filet crochet pattern, I am thinking to make a filet crochet top, I'm not a pro at crochet but I know all the stiches and basics and have made a mesh bolero,

I was gonna buy the lace bloom top by crochet by belladonna but then I was seeing the same top everywhere and on every second pinterest post, I thought maybe I shall make my own pattern,

I surfed through YouTube but I'm still not sure how to design a filet grid from scratch for a top specifically.

I have 2mm crochet hook and fine mercerised 8 ply cotton yarn, couldn't find one more thinner

Edit: Also please suggest beautiful filet patterns that will look nice on a top

Is magic needles accurate to size

I'm thinking of making a crochet top for myself and I ordered the cotton yarn and hook for that yarn from magic needles, the hook I ordered is 2mm but it feels way too small to be 2mm but yeah I have never used a 2mm crochet hook, after doing a gauge swatch I realised I might need 2.5mm hook for it to be perfect

So I wanted to confirm if hooks on magic needles are accurate to size, (the hobby store one), cuz I'm thinking of ordering 2.5mm crochet hook from there as well I like the quality and I cannot find a single 2.5mm hook anywhere

Sudden loss of feathers around the eye area

It's 2 am rn and I woke up because I heard some low chirps from my budgies cage and when I checked I saw one of my female budgie constantly itching her eye and then I noticed there was actually no feathers around her eye area, and her eye was wet and there was nothing like this when I put them to bed after they had been flying

What shall I do, she was kind of restless and looked like was adjusting her crop and went to her partner and he was preening her and then they both went to sleep but I'm kind of scared and I cannot go to vet yet, I didn't take a picture cuz I don't wanna stress her out by holding her rn
