Everyone loves Big T, but at the concert in Chile in 2023, I saw him forcefully remove a woman from the photographers’ area. What happened was the following: there was only a certain number of photographers assigned to cover the Evanescence show, but since they were performing at a festival, there were a lot of other photographers there to cover the event as well. When the Evanescence show started, everyone went in to take photos, so Big T came in to remove those who didn’t have the credential to be there for the Evanescence show.

When he got to the only woman in this group, he started yelling at her. She didn’t speak English and didn’t understand what was happening, so he started getting closer to her and yelling in her face while grabbing her by the shoulder very aggressively to push her out. She left crying and frightened. Everyone who was watching was shocked by how aggressive he was. What was ironic was that he didn’t treat the men the same way. I also saw that he did the same thing to some fans in Brazil; in fact, there’s even a video of it.

Personally, I don’t like men who are violent toward women. He doesn’t deserve any respect. It makes me uncomfortable seeing fans “idolizing” someone like that.

Has anyone else noticed that Will and Amy have gotten closer during this tour? Will is the only one in the band who shares the band’s posts or pictures of the covers where Amy appears. I really think the two of them have become good friends, and I love it.

I finished watching the Latin America tour DVD and I remembered a controversy that happened on Twitter at the time. What happened was that several fans who weren’t from Latin America got upset because some Latin American fans were posting photos or saying that outside the shows you could buy a lot of merchandise from the band, but it wasn’t official.

To give you context, here it’s common that when there are concerts, there are vendors who sell products related to the band performing at that moment. They’re very cheap and varied products— for 10 dollars you can get a T-shirt of Ev and it’s good quality.

Anyway, I remember a lot of people argued, and in the DVD they even showed how the vendors were outside the shows selling T-shirts, keychains, mugs, etc. So after almost 4 years, those people who got upset can sleep peacefully—the band doesn’t care, in fact they loved it 🤣

I would like to know how people get manual cars in the United States, because in South America you can still find brand-new cars with manual transmissions in the base trims. In other words, the same model is usually offered in two versions, and the more affordable one comes with a manual gearbox (although this will probably keep changing over the years).

On top of that, there are plenty of used cars with manual transmissions, and driving schools often teach students in those vehicles.

So how do you do it in the U.S.? Because in about 20 years, we'll probably have a much harder time finding manual cars here 🥲

Me pregunto porque las marcas no empiezan a optar por autos 100% analógicos y con caja manual. No me interesa comprar un auto con una tv de 55 pulgadas adentro que parece un celular!. Siento que mucha gente esta chata de eso, porque además sale más barato comprarte otro auto que arreglarle alguna "pana". Si alguna marca se saca un auto simple lo compro a ojos cerrados. Además pa que tanta asistencia si los weones chocan igual

I love that the band members always talk about the love and passion that we South American fans (from Chile, Brazil, and Argentina) have. They love how passionately we enjoy the music, how we welcome them, and so on. But it makes me wonder what fans are like in the rest of the world.

Sometimes I feel like we can be a bit too intense or even come across as disrespectful. When we see Amy, we just want to hug her because we're so excited to see her. For those who aren't familiar with our culture, we greet people with a hug and a kiss on the cheek regardless of whether we know them or not. I understand that this can be quite a culture shock for people from Anglo-Saxon cultures.

I've also seen people on Twitter from other parts of the world getting annoyed when they watch videos of the band in South America, saying that we're too intense. But it seems that the band actually likes that intensity, and they always comment on it.

Que pasó con evanescence?

Desde que lanzaron Who Will You Follow he visto que varios portales de música anuncian que volvio evanescence, que estan de regreso, veo influencers que estan hablando de la banda, reaccionando,etc. Me sorprende porque nunca se fueron pero si debo reconocer que después de TOD muchos les perdieron el rastro, supongo que fue porque la banda paso a un sello independiente y eso conlleva a tener menos publicidad, menos contactos para escalar en la industria, etc. Pero en esta nueva era veo que hay más voluntad por hacer algo grande como lo que fue Fallen y TOD, por eso me pregunto que pasó con evanescence, siguen siendo independientes, cambiaron y ahora trabajan con una discografia con más presencia en la industria, estan invirtiendo más dinero en la producción? ...

Tengo muchas dudas

Hablemos de Lose Control, la única canción de evanescence con un toque siniestro, sensual y erótico, pero que no es vulgar. No tiene porque ser explícita para darte cuenta de que habla; cuando era adolescente e inocente no entendía muy bien el significado, pero de adulta entendí perfectamente de que se trataba😂. Una obra maestra de Amy Lee😏, sin duda.

He escuchado rumores de que evanescence vendrá a sudamérica (chile, Brasil, Argentina) en marzo y en marzo es cuando esta lollapalooza en Chile, Argentina y Brasil!. Durante los dos últimos años han llevado bandas icónicas de los 00' y ha sido exitoso, por lo que temo que los puedan poner en lollapalooza, y temo porque los boletos son muy caros y sobre todo porque va gente muy insoportable, y peor nos perderiamos un show solo de evanescence. En Chile ya estan a la venta los boletos para el 12, 13 y 14 de marzo y son muy caros, pero ya estoy empezando a hacerme la idea 🥲

Hola!, a los amigos de USA les quería preguntar si es cierto que la mayor parte de su población no sabe manejar vehículos manuales. Yo soy de Chile (sudamérica) y acá siguen siendo comunes los autos manuales, aunque no sé si con los años siga siendo así por la llegada de los autos eléctricos chinos, que han llegado a precios muy económicos y el aumento de autos automáticos, en fin, volviendo al tema, siempre me ha dado curiosidad que se diga que en USA la gente no sabe conducir autos de transmisión manual y me causa gracia porque en las películas de hollywood, siempre hay alguien que va a sacar licencia y lo muestran como un momento de mucha tensión y yo digo pero si ustedes manejan automático porque debería ser un dolor de cabeza sacar licencia😂, el auto no se te va a detener en mitad de la prueba, solo tienen que seguir las leyes del transito y no tienen que estar pensando en que hagas el loco pasando marchas😂.

Hola gente soy nueva por aquí, les cuento que recién aprendi a dominar la caja manual y me encanto, actualmente tengo un auto que pretendo que me dure 10 años más, tenía pensado comprarme uno después de ese tiempo pero me encontre con la sorpresa que cada vez se hacen menos y pienso que lo más probable que de aquí a 10 años ya no exista la posibilidad de encontrar un 0 km con caja manual. Que piensan ustedes? O creen que estoy exagerando?, yo soy de un país sudamericano y acá todavía llegan autos con caja manual porque son más económicos y la gente los prefiere, pero la tendencia es que las marcas de auto descontinuen las cajas manuales

Queria saber experiencias sobre este tipo de estufas, si valen la pena, si es mejor que una estufa a gas, cuantos sacos de pellet consume por día, etc

Me gustaría conocer experiencias con respecto a las estufas a pellet, con el frío santiaguino en epoca invernal, que tal son estas estufas? Son económicas? vale la pena tenerla teniendo en cuenta que en preemeegencia no se pueden prender?. Se agradece todo tipo de opiniones.
