Mutilated passport po ba?

Hello po, tanong lang po if valid parin po tong passport or considered mutilated na. Naipit po ung passport ko kasi nagmamadali kanina, di ko na nalagay sa protector. Notes about me po:

- there are no folds on other pages, cover is not folded, info page is not folded, no smudged inks, etc. just this one page was folded

- OFW po sa Germany, may residence visa na under Blue Card visa

- I have other stamps and visas sa passport to prove na frequent traveller ako

- they probably won't care but nagbakasyon lang po kami ng gf ko, she's German and, if I get denied, will fly back alone 😅

I looked at the infographics from DFA and I think ok naman. But, I panicked a bit nung binuksan ko ung passport. Some peace of mind lang po sana.

Maraming salamat po!

Kabado po umuwi ng Pinas

Hello po,

Uuwi po ako sa Pinas this coming Tuesday kasama si GF since first time nya sa Pinas from Germany. Kabado po ako sa paperwork. I think meron na ako lahat para makauwi ng Pinas and makabalik ng Germany but just to make sure, ito po mga dala ko:

Papunta sa Pinas:

- Passport

- Copies of work contract

- Printed OEC (para pabalik ng Germany)

- Residence Permit (para pabalik ng Germany)

- Itinerary (flight details, wedding invitation, etc.)

May nakalimutan pa po kaya ako?

First time OFW po ako since 2024 and first time uuwi ng Pinas as an OFW.

Also, di naman na po kailangan ng vaccine no? may nakita po ako sa PH Embassy sa Berlin na hindi na kailangan ng vaccine cert for us OFWs and for foreign tourists (my gf). But, tanong ko narin po to be sure. So, passport and itinerary lang dadalhin ni gf? swerte lol

Maraming salamat po!

Worth it parin po ba for a foreigner?

Hello po,

Bibisita po kami ni GF sa Pinas next week and curious po if worth it parin po ba na mag-Boracay around May 26 to May 29?

First time po ni GF sa Pinas and Boracay, from Germany.

Bale, I suggested Boracay po sa kanya because of these:

- touristy, so I think it'll be easier for a first-timer

- not much of a hassle since Plane then Boat ride, nasa island na. Compared to a long bus ride and lots of transfers. Again, good for a first-timer

- nice tropical views for someone's first time in the region

[EDIT] My main worry po is ung panahon e. Kasi si GF mukang natatakot na kasi sabi sa Google, magiging maulan on these days and baka hindi ma-enjoy ung beach. [/EDIT]

Thank you po!

Traveling with Figure Skates

Good day,

My girlfriend and I will be travelling to the Philippines from Germany and will be bringing along two pairs of Figure Skates. I did not find information about this specific sprots equipment but I think we can check it in without any issues. But, I'd like to be sure.

We have bags and blade protectors for both pairs.

Is there anything else we need to consider to make our check-in and travel smoother?

Thank you!

Bringing along Figure Skates

Good day,

My girlfriend and I will be travelling soon via Turkish Airlines for a long international flight, and we will be bringing along two pairs of figure skates. I read on the Turkish Airlines website that they can be checked in. We have blade protectors and bags for both pairs.

I would like to ask if there are other things we need to take care of, or declare to make your check-in and flight smooth regarding these skates. Thank you!
