Can't say I was expecting the EDT orpheon but the citrusy blast in the beginning is pleasantly quirky :3

I've been taking 150mg of wellbutrin for about 3 weeks now , I know the effects can't be immediate , I know patience is the key but I'm simply not feeling any positive effects ,prozac has dulled my sense of doom and anxiety but as for wellbutrin it's just a nothingburer rn..
I know I should consult my psychiatrist but she charges obscene amounts of money and I've already been there more times than I planned to ...
Is it safe to up my dosage to 300mg on my own ? I'm already on 30mg of prozac if that's of any help

Id truly appreciate if you could recommend me some spots to hear music like this in a live setting.. maybe a cafe or restaurant where they play live music ? It's been My dream to visit Georgia for quite some time now.. I'd love to immerse myself in your beautiful culture as much as I can :)
