I built FRAGFLOW, a free local CS2 highlight generator inspired from CS Demo Manager and allstar.gg

I’ve been building fragflow, a free Windows app that turns CS2 demos into highlight videos.

It watches your demo folder (where you can just download and place faceit demos), finds your best playes, aces, clutches, multi-kills, then renders them using CS2 itself, so you keep the real gameplay and game audio. You can cut directly to the kills, keep the full moment, or speed up the quiet parts. Make a actual game footage with Trueview active or generate a Cinematic footage with player vs enemy pov.

Everything runs locally: no subscription and no footage uploads. It’s still early, so feedback on setup, highlight selection and render quality would be genuinely useful. You can raise issues on my github repo: https://github.com/mlaraibkhan/fragflow-releases/issues <-- its only hosting the downlaod page and .exe package. The code is currently private.

Download: https://mlaraibkhan.github.io/fragflow-releases/ <-- compeletely free to use!

I only expect your love and nothing in return!

My app is ready to accept beta testers!

Happy to announce my newly built calorie tracker ios app is ready for beta testers here’s how I made it:

The app front-end is React plus supabase backend for auth and db and azure foundry to host the model.

To develop I used github copilot with claude opus 4.6 along with claude and antigravity (little bit)

Skills that helped me bring the app to production level:

Gsd
Claude ui ix pro max
Claude impeccable
Vercel react best practices
And
Taste skill

You can download the app via TestFlight!

Feel free to share your feedback inside the app. I choose some testers for automatic pro plan upgrades based on the quality of feedback.
