I don’t want to be notified in an hour! No! What good is the in-game alarm clock, even if someone’s playing vanilla? I really like the idea of less notifications telling me things as seasoned Sims 2’er. I want the excitement of my sims maybe missing that carpool/uber or school bus idkkk has anyone ever seen a mod as such?

Do I just need one?? Or do I need that specific one from that specific CC download?? I have 15 in my Downloads folder from CC shopping and I don’t understand if they’re different from each other or the same?

I just couldn’t help myself; I got 5-7GB worth!! However, Since Super Collection has a 2GB mod/CC limit, does any Mac players know a fix or update file that allows a larger Gigabyte window for CC?

At this point, I just remove the CC I downloaded obviously until my main menu loading screen opens and lets me in. Any help would me appreciated so much! ^^

Games I've never played but heard of and wouldn't mind buying and watching my Sims play^^ had to share this find! It’s a bit confusing — let’s say it’s a Sim Monday at 11:30pm. Once 12am hits, and it’s Tuesday, the seasonal day doesn’t pass until some hour around 4-5am. There’s like a delay between when the calendar day changes and the season day changes

So the seasonal day changes at some early morning hour... is there a mod to change the passing of a seasonal day to 12:00am? when you mouse over to see how many seasonal days are left, it’d say ‘4 days left of winter’. then at/after 12:00am it will change to ‘3 days left winter’ more precisely?

I’m on a 7 hour mod/cc downloading spree, perfecting my custom neighborhood, and I found this beauty— Anybody else willing to take a shot at this?!

Why have I only ever played in Sunset Valley in the Sims 3?! Literally never played anywhere else since 2009. I don’t know any other map. Well it’s because I’ve never had Sims 3 premium store content! I’m so giddy!! So! I’m going to start a legacy challenge that’s very relaxed, starting with Billy Caspian! He’s cute and an artist like what a perfect beginner friendly starter family. It’s like Sunset Valley, because Hidden Springs felt too rich lol I wanted something more homey and cozy I guess and less like vacation getaway in the mountains, Hidden Springs is gorgeous though

Also does anyone else like thoroughly enjoy the process of optimizing/tweaking/fixes with mods? Like CC shopping but for gameplay mods? Love it! Because this game doesn’t have a fricking patch update every 6 weeks, I can actually enjoy all the cool mods and my game stays working!! I just love this game it’s been so enjoyable lately. I love the lil renaissance it’s having for its 17th Birthday ~

My sims are obsessed (not just neat trait sims) with putting away leftovers as soon as possible into the fridge.. before everyone has got a serving! Is there a mod that is like, ‘No Autonomous Put Away Leftovers’ until I direct a sim to do so? Heck, I don’t even mind if it spoils on the counter, better than my Sim cooking a meal for the fam and instantly putting it away in the fridge, is a little pet peeve that I can’t seem to find a fix/mod for
