The image is from South Park episode "Terrance and Philip: Behind the Blow". And I know that Ike was born after all the babies in this photo, but I was just using his face as an example.
Specifically, on page 9 of the third book of the series, Am I the Princess or the Frog? where Jamie Kelly mentions that her friend Isabella Vinchella knows four "facts", some of which are true and some of which aren't. The first fact is worded like this: "You can play a slice of Baloney in a DVD player". The myth evolved into stuff like this Reddit post and even was referenced in a stock image. Never knew some children's book turned some lie into the most famous playground myth of all time.
So I wasn't surprised when the news headlines read "Killer seems to be targeting goth kids who dress up as vampires".

Seriously, only stupid people would use suitcase record players, you know that damages your records. Also 16 RPM is so bad, I like 33 1/3, 45, and 78 RPM, but not 16 RPM, it's so damn slow, and I don't see a single turntable supporting 16 RPM! What kid even uses vinyl? They're either using CDs or digital audio, but nothing else.
