Help: Initial phase na ba to ng purging?

Skin Type: Oily/Sensitive

Age/Gender: 28/F

Current Skincare Routine:
AM: Dove Sensitive Soap, Azelaic Acid, Sunscreen
PM: Adapalene, Moisturizer

Main Concern: Hi! I'm on my 20th day of Isotretinoin 10mg. Na notice ko today na sobrang gaspang ng ilong ko, then pag check ko grabe literal na buong ilong ko puro white heads as in umangat lahat, actually buong mukha ko may lumabas din mga mga white heads. Pero grabe talaga yung sa ilong at chin area. Is it normal? Hahayaan ko lang ba to? Or may need ako gamitin/gawin?

Lifestyle Factors: 6hours sleep, no activity, no to oily and sugary foods

Skincare recos to lighten/lessen the acne scars?

Age/Gender: 28/Female

Current Skincare Routine:

Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser, Micellar Cleansing Water Salicylic BHA, Luxe organic Cica Soothing Gel

Hindi naman na ganon ka perfect yung skin ko before pa nito, pero mas lalong lumala no'ng nag start ako gumamit ng benzoyl peroxide (prescribed ni Doc no'ng nag pacheck ako ng mga cystic acne ko) in 1month while using BHA tinubuan ako ng mga tiny bumps na naging cystic, yung iba nagkapus kahit hindi cystic hanggang sa nag scar na talaga. Sobrang nakakastress ng ganito.

Ahhh thank God 😭

Ahhh finally after 1 year of break up nasa phase na ako ng nandidiri sa sarili ko every time maalala ko yung mga lambing ko sa kanya. Ew yuck ganon ako magmahal ng hindi ako mahal??? Tsk tsk.
