Is there a transparent cheese?
Years ago, I had a Hot dog sandwich at a south asian county. It had pickle, diced onion, ketchup, and a liquid-transparent sauce like substance. It tasted like- sweet Parmesan. I didn't think much about it back then. But it was one of the best Hot Dog I ever had. Makes me wonder what was that transparent sauce was? Any ideas what it was?
