The buzz did not used to be this obnoxious. I almost want to stop using it. Does anyone know if this can be fixed or is it time?
Curious what people here think about this.
Console/PC racers like Forza and GT have always flexed their official car licenses as a big selling point. But on mobile, it's been kind of hit or miss - some games go full fictional, others are starting to get real brand deals.
Racing Master is one that went heavy on licensing (Porsche, Ferrari, Lambo, Bugatti, etc.), which seems like a big investment for a mobile game. Asphalt has some real cars mixed with fictional ones.
Does having real brands make you more likely to try a mobile racer? Or do you care more about gameplay/graphics and the car names don't really matter?
Page got me with the rage bait comparing the WRX (TS) to GR Corolla.
A triple making that kind of power is objectively cool, but this post only gave the edge to the WRX in "Confidence at the Limit" and "clutch performance."
Personally I don't think these cars are really competing class wise, just that they are best of few manual sports cars to choose from.
Starting my quest to make an MGM version of the diecast to match my car.
Drilled out the rivets to take the car apart. The next step will be to strip the existing paint (and the well made details 😭). Going to go through some test cars before committing to the process with this one.
Just sharing the teardown now, will post updates once I start working on the bodywork.
Hmmm i will say big rice wing actually looks good on this.
