The box set is stunning. Absolutely gorgeous quality. Everything down to small details seems on point. No labels out askew or bent corners or anything. The thing is immaculate. All the record colors look stunning. It’s entirely worth the price tag.

Only gripe is that the records do not come with the extra booklet that all his projects typically come with. Usually with lyrics and photos taken for the project. Private collection came with a post card as well which is sadly is absent from the boxset.

The records do all come with a single lyric sheet but they’re all just black text on white paper and all in Korean lol.

Still totally worth it imo but if you were thinking of selling single copies you may have of records and replacing them with the boxset to offset the cost of the boxset just know you’d be giving away a more complete package of the album. And if you sell the boxset version just know the box is numbered and each record has the corresponding number on it too so if you swap out the old record into the boxset it’ll be missing the number (if that sorts thing bothers you cuz it would drive me nuts lol)

Ok so I was in here a day or two ago baffled by the skill ceiling of the player base and what the golds entailed.

I was on core-b.

Wrapped that up yesterday and moved onto Cs.

As expected first two A sides were light work.

Sadly 3A took me 3 god damn hours cuz I was having the hardest time timing the final head jumps. But I got it.

Also grabbed golden strawberry in 1A+2a

Also grabbed the “one up” achievement.

So I’m on my way haha. I still don’t see myself going for all the golds but a few aren’t too bad haha.

Ok so I had heard how much people love this game for years but hadn’t known much about it or the type of gamers that played it.

When I finally started it a few weeks ago I was like “oh this is such a cute game! Must have big casual fanbase cuz it’s so cutsie and the mechanics are fairly simple!

Even after beating the main game (a sides) I was like “ok damn this game did have some real challenge to it!” I started coming in the Reddit and seeing people discussing various accomplishments and start mentioning golden strawberries. I wasn’t that far but I assumed it would a similar challenge to the b or even c sides maybe.

But having now learned it means deathless runs of these levels y’all are insane haha. I didn’t realize the fanbase was full of elite tier platform gamers!

I gotta know what % of the player would yall say are getting any of the golds? What % get them all?

Playing through the Bs was challenging but at no point did I hit a challenge that made me think I wouldn’t be able to do the Cs and farewell but knowing to get the golds you have to do these levels deathless is a feat I don’t think I’m capable of haha. I yield to yalls excellence haha.

I might try and get a few of the early ones but I can’t fathom doing these b sides deathless.

I was so into the music as soon as I hear the game I jumped online to buy it on vinyl!

So I recently got into the pod. Was loving it so I started rewatching the whole show along with the pod. Still a banger of a show.

Just finished my rewatch and am JUST about caught up on the pod in time for the finale.

Now I had tried watching GMW back when it debuted and thought it was pretty bad but also I could tell it seemed very much geared to kids in a way I didn’t feel like BMW had been (maybe that’s just nostalgia talking tho) so I chalked it up to just not being the right demo for it.

But having finished the series again I decided to at least go watch the episodes with legacy characters and my god is this show so painfully bad. And I honestly wasn’t gonna be as harsh on it but no lie, as I was starting this post I got to the girls attempting to do “the feeny call” and it was like nails on a mf chalkboard 😵🤮

I can’t believe Ryder even did this. It seems so below him. I feel like all the complaints he has about the later seasons of bmw seem very much at play here.

Anyways, just complaining to complain but damn lol

Have a partner that got tested for it and instead of PCR it says it was an rRNA test. I know cultures are no good and pcr is preferred but is a negative rRNA test good? Or is there still a chance of false negative?

I’m over it lol. I love the game and even finished it the second play through to the end again but I’m not playing a 3rd time back to back. Maybe I’ll come back in the future or something.
