Also for main dps, is it better to put Cas’s lc on her and her own on RMC?

I’m wondering what Nefer’s team score is against the dummy with c2 Nilou.

My team is c0r1 Nefer, c0r0 Lauma/Columbina, and I hope to get Nilou c2 from the con event once it resets but I’m just wondering if it is an upgrade from Nahida or Sucrose c6.

It’s hot enough that I only need to sleep with a light quilt, but my feet are still frozen so I have to use a hot water bottle to heat them up 🥲

I was doing 1 part salt, 1 part baking soda, 2 parts xylitol. But I’m seeing now maybe I should be doing 3 parts salt to 1 part baking soda? And I’m not sure about the xylitol

I tried searching for a clear answer but there’s so many different responses.

Birthday was Sunday, cake was picked up Saturday, not sure if it was baked Friday or Saturday. So it’s 5-6 days old.

The room it was kept in was about 22 Celsius, and I had a slice earlier. Is it still safe? Or should I be worried (I am a bit of a paranoid person when I comes to food 🥲)

It has no fresh cream, just buttercream filling and icing on top.

I just got one off Amazon, the ones that are basically electric flossers with different heads.

I’m a bit lightheaded after using it, and my ear hurts a small bit but I’ve had problems with that ear for a long time now.

Are they even worth it? Or do I just need to get used to it?

I got it cause my infection this time was so bad, usually a few days of sinus rinses help but I’m on day 7 now and I still have the worst tasting post nasal drip. I can’t handle antibiotics so I just rinse.

I haven’t slept well in a few days. I also have my period and a sinus infection (and ME/CFS so that all triggered a flare.)

All I wanted last night was to get a good nights sleep. Instead I wake up early today and feel like I just can’t catch my breath. It took me a while to realise I was air hunger because I’ve only experienced it twice before in my 11 years of having POTS.

Trying to fall back asleep was horrible because I felt like I had to manually breath to take deep enough breathes and every time I’d relax I wasn’t getting enough air. I managed to get a small bit more sleep but now I’m awake again, exhausted, and constantly taking huge breaths because I just don’t feel like I’m breathing deep enough.

I thought maybe my sinus infection had gotten to my lungs but my watch says my blood oxygen levels are fine so I have no reason to be anxious, it’s just a horrible feeling.

I’m playing on a legion go s with steam os, and using my 8bitdo controller with the switch layout.

When I connect the controller it works for me, but the buttons that show up on screen are the opposite of what I need to press.

For example it tells me to press the bottom button to continue, but I press A on my controller which is the right button and it works.

I saw in the settings I could change from Xbox layout to Nintendo, which I did, but then the buttons work the opposite way! It will show that the right button is to interact, but when I press it registers like I pressed B instead.

Anyone bought electronics from Amazon Spain? Any issues?

I’m looking at the legion go 2. The reason I wanna get it from Amazon (Spain being the only one with it in stock) is the easy returns if I don’t like it. Any other shop and I’m stuck with it. It works out at €50 more than from Harvey Norman including shipping, but I think it’s better for the return guarantee.

I know the plug will be difference but I have adapters and other chargers so that should be alright.

What else can I do?

I’m disabled and struggle to leave the house. I was told I have an issue with my concha bullosa after an MRI but I was never able to make a follow visit and the doctor won’t do phone calls so I have no idea where to go.

Surgery is out of the question, I’m physically unable for it. Antibiotics also make me sick to my stomach. I feel like I’m just all out of luck.

Usually rinsing my nose twice a day works but if I miss even one I’ll wake up within a day or two with the worse tasting post nasal drip. I never get green or yellow mucous, but it’s like there’s something rotten mixed in with my post nasal drip and I’ll feel more unwell than I usually do. This has been going on for two years now. At first it was an infection every few months and I’d take antibiotics and it would be fine. But then my overall health declined and I started to be unable to stomach antibiotics.

Is there any kind of sprays or something else I can add to my rinses? I’ve tried xylitol and baby shampoo but doesn’t seem to make much of a difference. Would a rinse machine work better over just using a bottle?

I feel like I’ve looked everywhere online and I can only find the go s or the go 2, but not the original go.

I’m looking to get a windows based handheld console. Most of the games I want to play are steam based, but there are a couple of games not on steam I want to play too.

The main thing is that I have a chronic illness and my forearms can’t really hold up a console. The switch 2 has been great for me because I always put it up on the kickstand and use the joy cons detached. This is the same reason I became interested in the legion go as I can basically do the same thing.

I could ofc just buy some sort of stand for the rog ally (I assume there’s something out there) and attach a controller. So basically the same thing but just a little more effort.

For anyone who has either console, or also has similar issues, could you offer any advice on which one you’d recommend? Or even another windows based option. I would say I’m good with technically, in case that’s a factor in a suggestion.
