What MacBook would you buy today if you wanted the best long term value?

Most of what I do is pretty boring honestly… Browser, docs, email, Zoom, spreadsheets, streaming stuff in the background. Which is why I'm starting to wonder if a lot of us are buying way more MacBook than we actually need.

What's your pick if the goal is long term value and not chasing specs?

What is the difference between a regular clean and deep cleaning for a normal house?

Maybe this is a dumb question, but every cleaning company seems to use different definitions. One place says deep cleaning includes baseboards, vents and blinds. Another says some of that is extra. Another calls it a first-time clean.

I've been trying to figure out what people actually mean when they say "deep clean" and honestly I'm more confused now than when I started looking. For homeowners around Idaho, what do you personally expect to be included?

What are the best SMS tools that integrate with Salesforce for automating lead follow-ups?

Looking for recommendations from teams that have already implemented SMS follow-up inside Salesforce. We've looked at a few options but it's hard to tell where the real value comes from. Most demos focus on sending messages. What I'm more interested in is whether conversations actually move forward once people reply. What has worked well for you?

Are pearl studs the easiest way to wear pearls casually in summer?

When most people picture pearls, they still seem to think of a strand necklace first. But when I look at what people actually wear day to day, especially in summer, pearl studs seem much more common.

Are washable couch covers actually worth it with kids and pets?

We're replacing our living room couch soon and I'm seriously considering getting something with fully washable covers.

Before kids, I probably would've cared more about how it looked. Now I'm mostly thinking about spilled snacks, juice, mystery stains, and the dog deciding the couch is his bed.

For those who have washable covers, do you actually use that feature regularly or is it one of those things that sounds great when you're shopping but ends up being more hassle than it's worth?

Has anyone found an anti-theft bag that actually looks stylish?

Maybe I'm being too picky, but I haven't found a bag that checks both boxes. I want something that looks polished enough to wear every day but also gives a little extra peace of mind when traveling. Every anti-theft bag I've looked at feels overly sporty or obviously designed for tourists.

Best classes in Tokyo for tourists visiting Japan for the first time?

Trying to plan my first Tokyo trip and wondering if sushi-making classes are actually a good way to experience Japanese food culture for beginners.

How do you clean pearl jewelry without damaging it?

I recently realized I have no idea how to clean pearls properly without ruining them.

Most guides online say pearl jewelry is much softer than normal gemstones, so now I’m paranoid about damaging my pearl necklace just by cleaning it the wrong way. I’ve seen people mention warm water, microfiber cloths, special pearl care, avoiding chemicals, etc, but everyone seems to say something different.

For people who actually wear pearls often: what’s the safest way to clean pearls and keep them shiny long term?

Especially curious about pearl necklaces and pearl earrings since those seem to collect oils and buildup the fastest.

I’m trying to understand the full EB-3 timeline step by step, not just a general estimate. From what I’ve read, PERM alone can take well over a year, and then there’s I-140, visa bulletin wait, and adjustment of status after that. For people who are already going through it, which stage took the longest in your case?
