Our team currently has an XJ6 engine, it’s pretty old, not in the best shape and loses a lot of top end power with the restrictor, since we’re redesigning the chassis in 2027 we might get a new engine, selling the XJ6 and buying an MT03 engine would come with essentially no cost, just with the hassle of electronic and drivetrain adjustments.

Parts are widely available for the 03 engine and relatively cheap since it’s a bike so widespread in Brazil.

Ideally we’d get something lighter like a KTM 390 but we don’t have that kind of money.

What would you do in our place? Kawasaki’s 300 is also interesting but high part cost is a big pain with those, especially since they don’t differ much from yamaha’s.

Custom ROMed my little brother’s (13yo, not too stupid) phone (M62) with lineage and GApps, it worked good for about two or three weeks, I don’t live with him anymore and only see him on weekends but at some point he dropped it and cracked the screen and a couple days later it stopped booting at all.

Phone starts, gets past the foreign OS warning, then to the lineage OS animation (those 3 dots rotating) for about 5~10 seconds before freezing for maybe 3 seconds and then completely turning off. Little brother says it was out of nowhere which I do actually believe, I think he’d tell me if he’d done something.

It does this every time consistently, I couldn’t find anything about it online.

To de olho numas XR 200, gosto pq o preço é ok (7~8k) e o motor é o mesmo da crf 230, então tem bastante preparação pra ele, que é o que eu quero.

Queria colocar o kit de plásticos da 230, preparação pra alcool (cilindro 67, pistão, dutos, comando e molas), além de um jogo de rodas estilo supermoto aro 17 + pneu de rua, alguma recomendação de folha/jante/aro? Intenção era colocar uns 110/70 na frente e 130/70 atrás.

Rodas originais coloco uns cravudos pra fazer trilha de FDS.

Acham q dá ruim com polícia? Colocaria um kit gráfico com o nome certo da moto, sei lá se isso reduz as chances de pegarem por descaracterização, mas de qualquer forma prefiro doq o nome 230.

O que acham de um filtro, downpipe, difusor e remap no Mini Cooper S R56? Alguma recomendação de preparadora na grande São Paulo?

Building low cost drift car, it’s a Chevrolet Chevette, commuter from the 80’s, has drums in the back, currently I have the brake pedal set to only actuate the front brakes, so the rears will be handbrake only. The hydro’s master cylinder needs to move enough fluid to lock the wheels, so what’s the smallest bore you’d guess works? Lever will be custom fab so tuneable travel and leverage.

Saw some dude on youtube using a 2010 honda CB600 rear brake master cylinder in his drift built chevette, i believe that’s somewhere around a 14mm bore, and it’s available for cheap which is pretty important.
