Good for leases

Is Visor helpful when negotiating a lease in my area. Typically I can find the vin, MSRP, Options, MF, residual, rebates, etc on my own. I’m looking for what others in my area agreed upon sale price BEFORE rebates, Incentives, taxes etc. once I have the sale price the rest is all math. Edmonds forums used to be good. I just can’t seem to find a forum for Nissan pathfinders in 18954 with sale price for different trims. Any help ua appreciated!

I did try the visor “deal” functionality but it did not really offer anything useful.
