motability car increase
I might be remembering things wrong, but about a year ago wasn’t the motability price for the automatic seat ibiza around £900? it’s now £2,245
Has it really gone up that much?

capita completed a paper based assessment but he needed a 10 minute call with my sister to verify the information. he spent around 5 minutes clarifying my illnesses and asking about my work, but only asked one question about my daily difficulties which was whether i go out or not.
my sister explained that i dont, and how much support i need to, and the then said they couldnt complete a paper based assessment and needed a full assessment. im confused because when i asked why, he said that based on the information provided, he wouldnt be able to award me anything? mind you he didn't even ask anything else like about my eating, washing or dressing. why would i not be awarded?
I've been having really bad daily mood swings recently for a few years now and Ive noticed they get significantly worse when I dont get enough sleep. I only got four hours last night because I had an early Drs Appointment but i was actually in a good mood for a few hours, then I had a minor setback I was refused a refund for an expensive item, even though theyd literally told me when i called they could process it. i ended up crying uncontrollably in public bc of this and then about every single thing thats wrong with my life, everything that could go wrong, and how nothing will ever work out for me. Whenever i feel this way its literally so painful and it happens so frequently my thoughts go some place dark which makes me feel even worse
(I'm not diagnosed but i know that these severe mood swings is a big indication of BPD, let me know what you think)

capita sent my claim back to the dwp without even telling me, i only found out because i called for an update and then i had to ask dwp to send it back to them! they said its because i didn't provide enough information for a paper-based assessment but i dont get why didnt they just give me an appointment
I can’t tell if it’s 3c/4a or 4b. Also how do I stop it from getting so dry I love how it looks in the second picture. I only use camille rose leave in and rake it thoroughly btw
on 2nd of april capita texted that a hcp was reviewing my claim. around july i called for an update and was told it had been "sent back to the dwp because i hadn't provided enough information for a paper-based assessment"
i made sure my answers were detailed and i provided an egregious amount of documentation/consultation notes. if they believed they needed more information, why not just give me a proper assessment appointment instead of leaving my application in limbo where its not going anywhere and im left in the dark
