Whats a good public speaking topic?

I have something called orals in my college and we're supposed to talk on a particular topic for like 2-3 minutes. Its like a part of our final assessment. Its super important. Now the teacher doesnt wanna any emotinal topics (like death) or any topics talking about a specific person in class or any topics related to religious and political matters and religious wars and stuff. It also cant be childish topics, something thats got substance to it. I know i can look up topics on chatgpt but all im finding are "why should homework be banned" and "why should monday be banned" and other such topics. Ik these r pretty good topics, but they're more on the humorous side and id usually want to lean away frm humorous topics because im not really good at making things sound funny😭 Can someone please help me pick a topic.

How did rue know about nate and cassie's affair in s2?

Okay im so sorry ik i sound extremely dumb rn. Idk if i missed smtg or if im genuinely just dumb. But how did rue know cassie and nate were sleeping together? She saw them go together in nate's vehicle during new years. But he couldve literally just been dropping her off. Why does rue think they slept together? I mean if i saw someone i know get into a car with their bestfriend's bf, i wouldnt really ever assume they're going to be sleeping together. Ive genuinely always wondered how rue knew. Why did she immediately just assume that they're sleeping together? Or maybe im just extremely dumb. I also dont think rue knows anyone who could like tell her about cassie and nate's affair, obviously because the both of them were the only two ppl who knew about it. Im sorry if i sound dumb yall but genuine question😭

edit: dont know what exactly im getting downvoted for. i was asking a genuine question. and no i do not justify cassie or nate's actions nor am i trying to throw shit on rue. i ws asking a genuine question yall

My thoughts on Emily's behaviour lately.

Okay so ive been seeing some comments under their recent videos and it looks like ppl r really annoyed and mad cause of Emily's attitude. But tbh i lwk relate to her😭😭 esp during the prom video, i kinda related to her a lot. Ik it ws a hard watch for a lot of ppl but i cnt really say it ws a hard watch for me cs i lwk relate. A lot of ppl say emily acts that way cs of how spoiled and privileged shes been from a very young age but im not sure if thats honestly why she acts like that. Before yall downvote js finish reading ts. I dont come frm like a super rich family or atg. We're basically just middle class. And its not like i get evtg i want the minute i ask for it. Sometimes i really really need to beg for shit. And its absolutely fine, i dont mind living that way. And i honestly think thats better cause i wouldnt wanna be spending a whole ton of money on clothes and other stuff that I'll probably grow to hate and never use again. I dont really wanna spend alotta money either, i get really anxious when i spend a lil too much😭. However, i still act like emily sometimes. A lot of ppl that ik get annoyed w how easily i get irritated and shi. Idek man i get overstimulated so fucking easily. I start screaming and getting mad at literally everyone around me. I start yelling at ppl at home, ppl outside too. And omg everytime im crashing out i swear when someone keeps talking and tryna annoy and ragebait me i genuinely almost have a mental breakdown. Like id almost be at the verge of tears. Its so so annoying. I feel like i get even worse than emily at times. I promise u, if i had an elder sister like evelyn whos almost 30 and kept trying to act like a teenager tryna ragebait me n shi i would actually beat her up. And ik its not funny or cool but its something that im actively tryna change and work on. Ik how emily acts is extremely annoying and rude and i cant really justify it, but i cant really hate on her either cs im kinda js like her. Lets js stop hating on her and kinda ignore her beahviour for now, cause ik what its like to get overstimulated and get mad at ppl for the tiniest of things even if its not my intention to be mean to my loved ones😭😭

I feel excluded frm my friend group

Me and my friends started hanging out about 2 years ago. Everything was going absolutely fine, they loved me, i loved them, we were having a great time together. This is a friend group of 4 (including me) and me nd one of the girls (lets call her sarah) became extremely close and the other two girls were close to each other but when we were together, we all had a lot of fun and made sure we stood up for each other no matter what. Sarah and I spent a lot of time together, even studying on call, practically did evtg together. But overall, all 4 of us, we never spoke smack about each other at any point.

But in the last 2 months, ive started feeling very very excluded. Im not js saying "oh i dont get invited to plans" kinda excluded. Theres a gc without me (found out when one of the girls ws sharing her screen), eveytime the 4 of us are together, they only talk to each other. They havr topics that they discuss about which i clearly have no idea about and i just have to stare at them. And everytime i talk nobody really cares enough to reply to me. When i say something, ive sometimes noticed the 3 of them look at each other and laugh lightly. Theres only this one girl (not sarah) who tries to include me and tries getting me to talk, but when i do talk, nobody listens to me. Its like they can't live without each other, but when im not around they dont seem to be even slightly bothered. Im like that one friend who walks behind the three of them and keeps asking "what" because idk what they're talking about.

And what hurts me more is that sarah who was supposed to be my bsf didnt try to make me feel included. If this was her, id have made sure she felt included no matter what.

Ive tried confronting them and we had a huge fallout for like 2 weeks, but eventually they came and approached me and apologized. However, not one bit of their behaviour has changed.

It makes me feel really insecure at times because i always come home thinking "is it really my fault i cant fit in?" Or "is there something wrong with me thats making them wanna avoid me all of a sudden?"

Edit: thank you for all the people who replied. Even if its just a few people i hope u realise u made my day by showing some love and providing genuine advice so thank you<3
