I need a psychologist or a psychiatrist.

Current choices

Asha hospital, hyderabad or nimhans, Bangalore.

I got previously diagnosed with ocd,anxiety by a psychiatrist in my town. He didn't suggested therapy. I used his meds for 1 year they worked at start then I got minor side effects and the meds stopped working so my parents stopped me from using those meds. So I've been going without meds for 13 months.

What i wanna know is it worth visiting hospital in other states or is there good ones in Andhra ?. Or should I visit the same doc tell what happened ?

Want to die but couldn't as I was scared if I mess up everyone will see me and judge me.

The pain when when I don't want to live but i can't even die. It's like crushing me with a lot of invisible weight.

I want to buy stuff for my hobby. Get a job, a wife,a dog,a cat travel with them. They just feels too impossible or like a dream

Tbh I even lost hope in docs. I feel like they even don't help at this point. But randomly i feel like they might work.

I love mutton curry. Is it because I eat it less often than chicken? Since mutton is quite expensive, we don't have it very often, so maybe it feels more special when I do eat it.
