Will someone please explain fatigue to me?

So I keep putting points into fatigue but then see people on the sub saying that it's not that necessary. I guess I'd just like a better understanding of the stat and how to utilize certain things like resting or building a fat newt (still don't fully understand those).

GIVE: MCP44 Mastercool (needs new capacitor)

My handy friend diagnosed this unit as needing a new capacitor ($22 part), but I'd already gotten a new one. If you're handy and can fix it/ need it, let me know and we can coordinate you pick it up.

This is a window unit that got fully cleaned and new pads put in at the beginning of the season.

All parts and remote control included.

If I see one more person write "could of" or "should of", I'm going to start a fire

It's literally always from native English speakers (people who learned English as a second language know better). These people mean to say "could've" or "should've", conjunctions of could+have or should+have and they sound phonetically the same as the two distinct words "could of" which turns their sentence to gibberish.

In a world of actual issues, this shit grinds my gears so hard.

How do I actually get abandoned vehicles removed?

I've had abandoned (likely stolen) vehicles on my street for ages now. I call, I leave messages, I've reported online. The cars pile up tickets. Cops drive by, look at them, leave them. I call the abandoned vehicle line and leave another message.

At a glance, police got 16% of the 2025 city budget. Sheriff's department got 10%. That's 26% of our city budget right there and no one can get a tow truck over to pick these up? No one even answers the phone for the abandoned vehicle line? That's not even touching on any of the other reckless behavior we see around the city.

I'm hoping since street sweeping is back on, they'll eventually get noticed but I'm not holding my breath.

Open to any and all suggestions.
