How do I even begon to style these bangs?

This is supposed to become a drag wig and the rest I already curled, but I'm unsure how to style the bangs. I'm going to cut them shorter, but after I don't know how to proceed. She's synthetic.

Second corset ever finished! Though it kind of broke...

I used the Areana Black pattern "Anna" and altered it to be longer (so that it covered my belly) and did my best to not alter the fit too much. I went for a 7 cm waist reduction, though I'm not sure that was enough. I'm convinced I could go tighter. But before I go that tight I would like your opinion on this, especially on the construction:

I used black cotton canvas, one layer only with boning channels made from bias tape (Schrägband). For the closures: 5 mm eyelets (the ones with two parts you have to hammer together) and a 25 cm metal zipper. The boning are a mix of 4mm and 8mm zip ties.

Now here's the thing: I already wore this for one night out. I sat in this, danced in it etc. It's very comfortable, but I see one of the seams is busted. Upon closer inspection the material was not the culprit but instead it's the thread that ripped. That must've been a sewing error on my part. Either I should have completely redone the seam when the bobbin ran out or I shouldn't have sewn through the previous seam at all (which I did on all the other boned seams also 🫪).

How can I fix this? Is it possible to do that without taking the entire seam apart? Will a bridge stitch do? Halp..

Is it better to put more smaller bones in a corset or fewer bigger bones?

Pic related:

These are my bones Diane. I have to decide If I want to put the bigger channels with two bigger bones or rather the smaller channels with the smaller bones. I can't really decide how I want to approach this and where to put more or less support. Ober the seams for sure, but again. What size??

Zip ties are 4.2 mm and I think 7 or 8 mm thick. Channels 3 and 2 cm thick.

Pattern is Areana black Underbust corset pattern.
