How many of us are raw, and what kinds of benefits have you noticed from it?

I'm very intrigued about trying raw steak. I have raw fish in sashimi form from time to time. What if I try raw steak and become addicted to having it all the time? I'm not sure how much more meatiness my coworkers will tolerate from me 🤣

Does anyone else experience virtually no hunger/appetite?

Currently eating two hard boiled eggs and a coffee for breakfast, and then half a pound of protein for lunch (5'4", 135 lbs, on mostly carnivore-ish diet for 10 months). I'm considering OMAD but having a breakfast to start the day has been a habit. I also feel like I just bloat easily if I eat too much protein-rich food. Did you end up fasting in order to feel the appetite again? Anyone else feel like their food intake has really decreased over time? I feel like I'm eating less than pre-carnivore but staying super satiated. I feel like humans probably didn't eat every day but in modern times it's a social habit and helps provide a break/recharge from a mentally demanding job for example.

Did you meet a significant other who was naturally considerate with acts of service from the first date?

I went on a first date the other night. The guy was decent, nice, and interesting. We made out in the parking lot and it got pretty hot and heavy. As a result, when I got home I realized I wasn't wearing one of my earrings. I texted him thanking him for the good time and mentioned that I lost an earring in the parking lot. He said he had a great time too, how he hopes he can see me again, and that hopefully someone turns it in to the restaurant lost and found. I thought he'd at least offer to search for it since he lives just 10 minutes away, or possibly offer to buy me new ones since it was essentially his doing lol.

I want to find a relationship where the other person wants to do things for me and think about my needs. I feel like that would have been a good excuse for him to use to see me again lol. How much emphasis do you place on this type of consideration, or acts of service on a first date? Like for example, on the date he walked ahead of me when we were led to our table and didn't pull my chair out for me. He did pay for the meal which I appreciated.

This question is more for the ladies but do you make this assessment after a few dates or did you meet a significant other who was naturally considerate off the bat?

Is it social anxiety or is it protecting your peace?

The older I get the less fucks I give about people pleasing or appeasing emotionally unstable people. Also knowing my limits, like when I need a mental break at work instead of following the herd. I'm usually not in a chatty mood at lunch, and just want some peace and quiet or to read my book, or just decompress.

Does anyone get tired of the taste of ghee? Do you like to rotate fat sources or just stick to one

Also curious if you've noticed a difference in energy levels based on fat type
