Next week I go for a Nuclear Medicine (NM) Parathyroid SPECT/CT scan. What should I expect? Anything I should prepare for? Will they give me a gown or do I just wear something comfortable? Will it really take the majority of the day? Any information is grateful. Thanks so much!

I have been going to a hairdresser for years. She already knows what I want and my hair turns out great every time. However, she recently went on leave and I had to go to a new hairdresser in the same salon. I was skeptical about how my hair would turn out. However, my hair turned out better than with my previous "current" hairdresser! I went back to the hairdresser 2 more times and my hair turned out wonderful each time. My hairdresser comes back next week and even sent me a message letting me know she would be back in the salon. The problem is that I don't want to really go back to her now that I found someone else that could do my hair better. They work in the same salon. What do I do??? Tell her that I changed to the new hairdresser? Continue to go to her? I feel really loyal to her. Awkward! Have you ever had something like this happen?
