I got into a mini argument with a friend. I was talking about how I was listening to alot of Michael Jackson. She goes "you know he molested kids right" My immediate response was defensiveness. I am 32 and have never looked into the allegations as an adult. As a kid I always thought the boys he was with were of the industry.

I saw Leaving Neverland and as someone who was born from rape and also had an adult man sleep naked next to me when I was younger, you cannot fake what James and Wade went through. That was real emotion. It has been a whirlwind but has been eye opening to read the different things in hindsight. We all didn't want to believe it but is what it is.
