Hello. I (20f) have gained a lot of weight in the past two years and am looking for healthy ways to get rid of it. I am 158cm and weigh 70kg. I used to weigh 56kg just two years ago but ever since I moved away for uni I have been 1. Spoiling myself and 2. Not really moving. I also struggle with mental health so its really hard to get out of bed, let alone exercise and I also find myself bing eating way too often. I need advice on how to discipline myself because this sudden gain is having a huge tool on my mental health...i dont even recognize myself in the mirror sometimes. I cant do certain exercises because of my back problems (kyphosis and scoliosis) so does anyone have any simpler ones to start with? What pace to take it? Which foods should I cut out and whats recommended step count.......my goal is to go back to 55-60kg and feel comfortable in my body again :( I also found that restricting food completly is a really bad way for me to lose weight because i relapse and end up binging it way too often....
i (20nb) have a crush on my friend (22nb) and i dont wanna tell anyone nor will i tell him but i need *someone* to know so i am sharing it anonymously on reddit. i want him so badly but he lives in another country and i do not wanna do long distance again so for now ill only wait and see what the future brings but oh my god i rlly like him and its driving me insane.
Hi! I am writing a story for my ocs and two of them are trans and transitioning but i dont have any experience with that so i wanted to ask the trans commhnity for some help! For context i am 20 and genderfluid (afab) but i dont wish to transition due to nature of my identity and how much it switches.
Oc1 is a trans guy who is 21 during the main story. He comes from a wealthy family but i dont wanna get too into that. All you need to really know is that he comes out around the time he is 14. I imagine he passes by the time he is 21 so how would his transition process look like if he starts the transition around 15? I know its unrealistic and most children dont start puberty blockers etc. So early. However, his father is a leader of this huge corrupt organization who always wished for a son so when his kid comes out he helps him transition because he would rather have a son than a daghter and he thinks that will help his status and their family. I just wanted to explain that because again ik kids dont transition that early.
Oc2 is a trans girl who is 19 during main story. She has a supportive family who sees her as their daughter. I imagine they would help her transition in the ways they can but transfem transition is something im not most familiar with so i would like to hear some advice on how i should write that! I dont think she would have any surgery yet but are puberty blockers an option? She comes from a very normal family so i wanna make it as realistic as possible.
Thank you so much!! I hope i used The right flair and that im allowed to ask this on this subreddit....
I have been struggling with a bad ghost ban for the past few months. I keep not tweeting for a week and it goes back to normal but no matter how little i tweet it keeps ghost banning me over and over again and i heard deleting ur tweets works...only problem is i tweet a lot and through the past few months there is more than a thousand tweets/rts/replies that could potentially be screwing me over. is there a site or a safe way to delete tweets dating to around past three to four months?
