I'm a 28 year old man who is gay. Not bisexual, not even a little curious about women. Fully gay!

These last few years I have been getting pressured to get married to a woman, by my mom, who is getting pressured by those around her. She wants to have me do this to save her reputation. She's a single mom who has many adversaries throughout who told her I'd be a screw up, and that she'd shame everyone raising me by herself. Mind you, I have two degrees. Fought through getting them while bring depressed.. but I'm currently unemployed, while trying to find a job.

Today it all came to a blow. I told my mom AGAIN, that the answer to marrying a woman, is no and said I DID NOT care about the opinions of those around her. She knows I'm gay. Yet, she keeps insisting I marry a woman. Apparently she found a lesbian woman who's like 20..

They keep saying I don't have to touch her, sleep with her or anything. They just want marriage and a baby to shit up those around us.. But I have still said no. I don't trust them to keep their promise...

She had a full on breakdown, and a panic attack. I cried and went into a cataconic state. I heard, saw and and felt everything my moms friend said to me, but my body could not form words, nor could I make it respond as I wanted. I was quiet.

I do not know how much longer I can keep fighting this. I barely have strength to get through this again, because I know this is coming.

I feel adept at having this conversation through a scientific lens, but as a Muslim I feel totally inept. I practically was told that atp I'm barely even muslim if I choose to be gay and live as a gay man.

Edit: I also reached out to the scholar Khaled Abou El Fadl, with practically the same message, with edits, including the fact that I'm not looking for islamic permission to sleep around. Just to have everybody leave me the hell alone.

Hey y'all. I've been considering buying this for my switch 2, and was pretty excited about the idea of it tbh. It looked really cool and was such a fresh new idea, and looked genuinely scary from the trailers. I've never played the franchise before, and really love third person horror.

I decided to check out a playthrough of it, up until you meet like the first two-three ghost enemies. It didn't look as scary there. 🤔

Therefore I'm wondering if the new remake is worth it? Obviously I'm assuming the vibes are scarier at night in the dark with my buds on, but still. I also heard there's far more enemies in this one, and also lots more story content plus several new endings?

Is the story good?

I will be trying the demo ofc!

I recently watched Re/member: the last night, and really enjoyed both parts. It kinda made me want to look more inti Japanese horror tbh.

But something from 2010 and onwards. I am looking for something a little bit more modernt tbh

I am already somewhat familiar with the the grudge/the ring and saw their western remakes.

I also enjoyed corpse party tbh. Not as much as remember though.

Decided to watch carved and fatal frame as well tbh.

Heck, if you know any scary ass anime, even better.
