In my mind, they are all basically the wizard from Oz, but even lamer.

Three of us on a little one night excursion. Beautiful weather! Everybody says up Jerry Miller is the way to go, but I'd much rather hike up the steep pitch than go down it with a full pack. 2000' in two miles, but then you're up there. The views from Big Firescald are equally stunning as the Linville Gorge, imo - the way the mountains just end there....
The loop is only about 12 miles, but identifies as 18 🤣 The views from Baxter Cliffs are also worth the side trip!
LCD just happened to be playing in Seattle last summer while I was in Portland visiting family, so I got tickets for us all to see them at Remlinger Farms...
Now they're playing (honestly surprisingly) in my hometown at a new venue, and I just scored tickets for that show!! I can't wait to see James and the band literally five minutes from my house... the stoke is real!
Now if I can score Geese tickets (like two weeks later at the same venue!), my 2026 will be utterly complete.
