i know that promeia's sig is good for this team because of faster anomaly buildup, but can velina's extra buildup from her m2 make up for a m0w0 promeia in the long term? i've been considering pulling for her sig but i also want to start saving for severian and sunbringer

i do have odette but i mainly use her in my SSC team, so how good is a team with c2r0 mizuki, c2r3 CMC, c6 qiqi and c6 sucrose? can it beat fearless stuff in stygian at least? i'm still leveling her up but that's what i have to build her for now

Characters with constellations or their signature are: Cyno c3r1, Yae c2r1, QiQi c6 (aquila), Varka c0r1, Flins c0r2, Clorinde c1r1 and Xilonen c2r0. Everyone else is c0r0 and the 4 stars are c6 (Gorou and Fischl have access to elegy).

Didn't include characters like Alyosha, Illuga, Prune or Chevreuse because all of those BUMS refuse to come at constellations that makes them worth considering (Alyosha c3, Illuga c3 [FUCK this guy in particular], Prune c1 and Chevreuse c3).

asking because i don't have a lot of EM substats, can c2 make up for it?

Started 3.0 with just 90 pulls after pulling Promeia and Silly last patch, I wasn't very hopeful but then I got her early and felt like I had to dedicate my life to her. Still trying to improve the build.

I was trying out today's shiyu while listening to MJ and got this wipeout, this character is so cool man

Got this disk 5 while farming and now I'm wondering if I should stick with it or keep trying to get a better ice dmg% disk. I also added my other options for slot 5, but they're pretty meh

yeah she has WAY too much EM but atk% substats are rare here </3
