Help with making a team for Severian

I have terrible luck (0% win rate) and I quit playing for a year, so I have very limited options. What's my best bet going to be? Every A-rank is M6 except Manato, who I do not have.

I am willing to try and pull supports for him, but have no idea who because I'm so out of the loop (wind wasn't even a thing yet when I quit). I like Dialyn, is she good? Would she run anytime soon?

m1 or norma sig?

I’m broke asf rn since claret wrung me DRY so this is just a hypothetical, but is norma’s sig as crucial as people paint it to be or is she still good to scorechase with on hellfire and 92cr?

I’m not planning on pulling much after sunbringer (maybe robin, if she isn’t free >!which is the most likely outcome if she’s a wind support!<) so sev’s rerun timing isn’t especially concerning for me, but I don’t like building on future zone zero too much, hence the question.
