Should i really buy a cooling pad with foam or that doesn't mean it will help my laptop more than one with more fans?

Heavy performance issues and at this point im desperate

I have a Acer Nitro V15 I7 13th gen RTX 5060, i have tried almost everything to improve performance but Marvel Rivals even on minimum settings is almost unplayable and Cyberpunk has often fps dips to 30/40 on medium/high settings, is there anything i need to do or is the bottleneck situation that bad????

Does it really matter if Yaoguang is slower than Silver Wolf on E1 when i can just use Sparxie to charge her ult?

I have got her e1 for comodity and since i got Yaoguang after the first Aha instant of her ult i never got another one that wasent enhanced thanks to Sparxie

Color/glam replacement suggestion or is my MSQ/SQ glam good enougth
