Does it really matter if Yaoguang is slower than Silver Wolf on E1 when i can just use Sparxie to charge her ult?

I have got her e1 for comodity and since i got Yaoguang after the first Aha instant of her ult i never got another one that wasent enhanced thanks to Sparxie
