Co-op packaged account only available to drivers??

I decided to apply to MSE recommended co-op packaged account, mainly for travel insurance. Before application starts, they ask 3 questions: do you travel abroad, do you drive and do you have mobile phone. Answering no to any of these does not let the application process continue.

Now, I am 90% sure this is a programming error, that all criteria for benefiting from the account have to be met rather than at least one. But I don't want to lie and get accused of fraud later on.

How to proceed in this case? There isn't a co-op bank branch near me either.

Are there any scenic ride programmes that react to rider effort?

e.g. video plays faster if rider is producing more speed ... or a resistance level is suggested depending on the incline of the road where the video was filmed ..

Rolling over credit card debt via free balance transfer - any catches?

My partner has a credit card with approx 8K balance coming to the end of interest free period. We can pay it off, but seems cleverer to transfer it to a new card with 0% interest on balance transfers, and keep paying minimum.

I'm wondering if there is any downsides to this (in terms of credit score, perhaps) ... and if not then should we get a 12 month no fee 0% balance transfer offer with aim to roll over again at the end of the year, rather than a 36 month 0% offer with 3.5% one time fee?

Thank you
